"Okay," Jayson said. He still liked Sky better, and would nickname her that, but he didn't say anything to Kim. Jayson heard River and rolled his eyes. "Here," He said, and handed Kaylan to Kim. He went to go up the stairs.

Kim msmiled, taking Kaylan. ''Hey baby'' She said, smiling at the little girl.

Kaylan looked at Kim for a moment before letting out a loud, and very shrill, scream, flying out of Kim's arms.

Jewel smiled at Taro before looking and Raven. She smiled as he stroked her face, she hoped she could live to be a mother someday.

Taro also jumped slightly when he heard Jay near the stairs. He seemed rather skittish now. "Hey, Jay?" he asked as he peered down the stairs. "Think we could get some night vision goggles the next time we're out? I can't fight demons in the dark. I can hardly see a thing out there."

Jayson, knowing River would be okay with Jewel. He held his arms open. "Come here baby," He said. He waited for Kaylan to come to him, wondering why she hadn't liked Kim so much. He decided not to worry about it. "Alright. I think we have some in the supply closet," Jayson said, answering Taro.

River giggled and kissed Jewel' cheek. "Love you," He said.

Kaylan flew to Jayson and clung to his shirt, looking as unhappy as a baby could be. ''No'' She said simply, looking at Kim.

"What's wrong Sky?" He asked his baby girl. He kissed cheek and held her close to him.

"Thanks. I'll look there later," Taro said and couldn't help but smile as he watched the children pile onto Jayson. He felt a small longing for that. That sense of pride of being a father. His thoughts grew cloudy as he got a sudden headache. He cringed as he pressed one hand up against his head in an attempt to get rid of the ache.

Jewel smiled, "Love you too little one." she replied and yawned softly. She wandered back over to Denver and leaned against him.
