((okay. for now, i'll play the captain. Worst comes to worst, we'll have a 1x1. We start in Hobart, Tasmania, where the ships are docked.))

Renko checked over some last minute preparations before knocking on the Captain's door. "Captain? We're ready to depart." she said.

Paul's head snapped up from the paper he was reading. "Alrighty." he said, heaving himself up and out the door onto the bridge.

Payton checked the food in the cabinets and wrote her finding on an inventory chart. Her nerves ran high in excitement, something about the last few minutes before setting out made her anxious to get back on the water.

Captain Paul Watson stood on the bridge, the ship's wheel in his hands. He smiled slightly to himslef, hoping that this year's campaign woul;d go better than last year's.

"All hands on deck, ready for departure." Ren siad through her walkie-talkie. Every one on crew had a walkie-talkie, so everyone heard it.

Payton jumped to get to her postition. She practically ran out of the galley and to the port rail. She carefully unhitched the lines that kept the boat tied to the dock. Them men on the dock waved goodbye, she waved back as she said into her walkie,@Ready to go guys?"

"Oh yeah." Ren said back to Payton with a grin. She picked up the radio and said "Ady Gil? This is the Steve Irwin. Are you ready for deptarture, over."

Jerome heard the voice on the receiver and picked up. "Negative, Steve Irwin. We have encountered some difficulties with our radar."

Paul frowned as he heard Jerome's voice on the receiver.

Payton heard the call from the Ady Gil. Oh great, she thought to herself. She put her excitment on hold and jogged up to the wheelhouse. She met Ren and Paul.

"Alrighty Ady Gil. We are departing today. You guys are more than capable of catching up." Paul said when Ren handing him the reciever.

Jeorme grinned. "Oh yes we are. Have a nice voyage, Paul. Kick some whaler butt while we're not there!" he said.
