Justin looked at Aso, then, Devin, then Taylor, and back to Aso. "And what do we do? Do we just stand here, and let them fight it out?! It's going to rain soon, and I don't know if I can stop it without getting hurt..." he said, upset. He looked at his sister in astonishment. He flew over to his mother. "Mom, what is she doing?" he asked.
Angel smiled. "Arianna was implanted with emotion control. It's a wonder it hasn't come in sooner. See those purple waves? She's trying to get Taylor and Devin to calm down. But, it's got catches. She can usually only send out the emotions she is feeling, or trying to feel," she said.
Ari felt Devin resist the calm, so she bit her lip and tried even harder to send out the calm. (("The Calm" lol)) She was getting frustrated.
Angel noticed this and called out, "Be careful, honey! If you get to upset, the calmness will turn to frustration and only make things worse!"
Tommy's eyes widened as he read the thoughts going around in Taylor and Devin's head.
Ari nodded at her mother, and calmed down, sending more purple waves out, with increased speed and intensity.

I also felt the wave of calm. I was really hoping that it'd work in calming Devin down, but it didn't seem to work at all. I recoiled back again when I felt pain searing up my side from the punch. I wasn't 100% sure if any were broken though. 'Oh, rain...Please hurry and fall. Then, I'll have a nice excuse for leaving this fight...' I sighed a little and glanced over to the other avians that showed up. Now, I was really staying on the defensive. I was ready to block the next hit from Devin now. I could feel the waves once more. I was already being calmed down, though I was already. I was hoping that it'd work on Devin this time.

((you are Shane and Erin, right? Well....not much. Angel, Justin, Ari, and Tommy's mom is here...and other than that, Taylor and Devin are having a huge fight over Aso...Freeze is taking Rikku somewhere, and she doesn't want to stay with the flock....I don't think that much has happened...))

Kat follow the flock outside, she wasn't about to be left behind. She froze for a moment as she saw Devin and Taylor, the whole flock was falling apart. "She's so momish." Kat muttered under her breath, glancing at Angel and rolling her eyes. It was odd for her, Angel was an adult and apparently a whitecoat by the sound of it. She wasn't going to jump into letting her into the flock wings or not. It was personal to her as well, Angel almost acted as she knew Kat, which ticked her off. No one really could understand her fully, it was just against her nature to blurt things or or tell people what she was feeling.

I calmed down a bit, but that made me a bit stronger. It was like the Force...

Noticing that Taylor was on the defensive, and I smiled. "So, want to play defense? Okay." I held up my arm and blocked any kind of attack he could think of. I sighed, blowing my icy breath into his face.

"I tried to stop him once, but..." I put my head in my hands, "I, just don't know, okay?"

Taylor~

I scowled slightly when he also went on the defensive side. But, that meant that there wouldn't be any fighting, which I was thankful for. When he blew his cold breath, I blew my hot breath. I rolled my eyes at him, waiting for a strike or at least the rain.

"You can hit me. Or at least TRY to..."
