.:Adam Valex:.

Adam glanced over at the others in the room as they looked at them. Before telling all of them his ideas, he listened to their ideas about how to escape from this place. He obliged to follow Isis in her mini group of him, Isis, and Cathy, and then glanced over at Nick's little suggestion with a smirk. "When do guys ever have a say?" he asked with a raised eyebrow, speaking for the first time. "By the way," he said, looking at the rest of the people there, "my name's Adam."
Soooo darn cute!

Kat nodded. "Seems ok to me. Although if miss-no-name is gonna be a leader, she'll need a name." she shrugged suggesting without anger or suspicion. "You get a say. Everyone does. That's the whole point of working together!" Kat pointed out with a light smirk. "I would have... if I wasn't busy trying to get a gun-waving maniac to calm down!" Kat said smiling. She was teasing both Ryley and Isi, trying to both lighten the mood and earn some friends; of a sort.

"Ok, point taken," Ryley smirked, kicking himself off the wall as he turned back to the others. "So...we waitin' for her to introduce herself or we headin' off now to whatever inhuman place lies beyond one of these doors?" He asked with a playful grin, jabbing a thumb towards Zara in reference to 'her'. He was mostly intrigued by this doorway that Kat talked of. Of course, he wasn't really in belief of the short description Kat provided on what lay beyond it. Inhuman is what she had called it. They were locked inside a werehouse. What could there be inside a warehouse that could be described as inhuman?

"That sounds fine to me," Cole said to everyone, noting that he was was in a group with Ryley and Kat. It didn't matter to him, and they both seemed fairly competent. He was very excited to see what was behind the doors, especially if it was as otherworldly as Kat had said, well, he didn't know what to say. Visions of the fantasy novels he loved to read sprang up in his minds eye, but he squashed them quickly. She could be lying, he thought to himself. Don't get your hopes up.

Cole thought for a minute, and then asked, "The only thing is, how are we going to get behind those doors? I mean, I haven't seen a key 'round here... and if there's that many doors there must be hundreds of keys. Why haven't we found any?" He remained seated, but the point he made disturbed him, and he wanted to pace around the room. Dream worlds don't make sense, he thought to himself, but he refused to believe that this was a dream. With a sigh he stood. No one else seemed to be ready to leave yet, but he wanted to satisfy his curiosity, and he was relatively certain that no one was going to shoot him in the back.

He walked toward a random hallway, not caring who followed him, though he hoped someone did so he didn't look completely ridiculous. He walked in and turned a sharp corner, debating what door's keyhole he wanted to peep through.

"Fine, then. I'll just go," Morgan said to the boy behind her, stalking towards the voices she could hear nearby. Dream people, she thought to herself. Utterly unhelpful at the best of times. In her retreat, she had kicked something that scuffled along the floor. She reached down, picking up a bright silver key that contrasted the dusty floor. Great, she thought, more mysteries, and shoved it in her pocket.

She had walked down several hallways and was about to give up when she turned a corner and almost ran into a boy crouching before one of the doors, seemingly mesmerized by what he could see through the keyhole. "Hey! Dream boy!" she said, and he jumped, startled. "What are you looking at?"

He stared at Morgan, frozen, as if he had not expected anyone to appear. He didn't speak, though the look on his face seemed to show that he was trying to come up with something to say. Morgan took in his attire, a plaid shirt and work boots, and crinkled her nose. First a preppy boy, and now a farmer, she thought, thoroughly disgusted with whatever engine ran her dreams.

Finally, the boy spoke. "I'm Cole," he said more confidently. "Why don't you look for yourself?"

The corners of Eden's mouth twisted downward into a small frown. There were so many people here! Way too many for Eden's comfort. She didn't like to be alone, but she didn't like to be near a huge mob of strangers either. After listening for another minute or two, Eden backed away and started walking down another corridor. She ran her fingertips along the smooth surface of the wall. It felt like marble. It was odd because before she could've sworn the walls were made of concrete. Everywhere she looked there were doors. It angered her. She knew that at least one of them had to be unlocked, but...Honestly, she was afraid of whatever lurked on the other side.

Eden turned right into another hallway. This one was dimly lit, and Eden could barely make out anything but the walls. She walked forward hesitantly as her eyes adjusted. She felt quite confident that this hallway was just as bare as the other ones and quickened her pace, anxious to be able to see fully again. Then she felt herself kick something as she stepped forward. It was somewhat soft, like a...body. She squinted and bent her head down. There was a boy sitting on the ground {Cyrus}. "Woah!" Eden yelped in surprise, covering her mouth afterward. She squatted down, wondering what he was doing. "Um...Are you okay?"
There is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man.

I am her eyes. She is my wings. I am her voice. She is my spirit. I am her human. She is my horse.

Sky turned away from the group and walled to the nearest door. She peered throughout the keyhole and muttered. "Yep, that's pretty inhuman." She said its if what was behind the door wasn't at all abnormal. Sky went back to the group. "So where do y'all want me?" she asked as she pulled her long, thin knife from her boot and unsheathed it.
"We could, but where's the fun in that?"

(Right, sorry.. I missed her leaving..)

Isi laughed at Kat's remark, "Sorry!" She smiled at Adam, "Great, a name!" She sighed and fingered her gun, glancing around, "So, where's your door Kat? You can go there and Adam and I can go the other way." Her hand left her gun and she glanced at Adam again, sticking her hand back into her back pocket. She turned to the girl with no name, and looked at her slightly expectantly, waiting for a name form her. Isi found herself reading her body language and she coughed quietly, trying to distract herself by looking around the room for the thousandth time.

Nick went to stand by Zara, "Where to?" He didn't know where they'd find food and water, and he wondered if any doors were unlocked. "What if we have to unlock a door to find food and water?" Nick raised an eyebrow expectantly, wanting to know how he and the girl would get places. They didn't have a gun, so no protection and no way to get behind a door.

"Well Cole's gone off, so I guess it's just me and Ryley! Third corridor...west facing. yeah." Kat said nodding, as she remembered the way from which they had come. She nodded to Isi and her eyes flicked over everyone in the room, skipping over the name-less girl. Then she turned to Ryley. "Ready?" she asked pulling the gun out, turning the safety off and then putting it back, from where she had pulled it from. She had a quick reflex and draw, so was't worried about not being quick enough on the draw.

"Guys! Y'all have to see this!" Cole yelled to everyone else, partially because he was slightly afraid of the new girl, and partially because what he had seen had been so amazing. There was a castle on the other side of the door. He couldn't explain it, but there is was. And knights in armor, and horses... He could hear them. They had to be real!

He rushed back into the big room, where it seemed that Kat was getting ready to leave with Ryley. Now that they seemed to be moving, he didn't want to get left behind. "Y'all won't believe it!" His accent was getting heavier with his excitement, but he didn't care. Looking over his shoulder, Cole saw that the new girl was crouched at the same keyhole that he had been looking at, and he wondered if she saw the castle, or he was just hallucinating.

"Oh, and I found someone else," he added, slightly calmer. "Why don't you get out here?" he called to her. There was a happy grin plastered across his face, and he couldn't wait to explore the castle. The only question that needed to be answered was how to get in. He definitely wouldn't let the girls shoot the locks, because it might ruin it and hide the castle forever. Cole was already thinking of it as his castle. He never wanted to leave.
