-Shaela-
Gliding down the streets, I arrived at the hospital, where I worked as a nurse. My brown hair was pulled up tight in a ponytail, and I was wearing white ugly tennis shoes. I work here part time, nightshifts. Parking my car, I fixed the little makeup I was able to wear and walked in.
I greeted Alyssa, the frontdesk woman, warmly. "Hey there."
"Shaela! Your hair is shinier than ever, so is your skin," she complimented me. She always told me how perfect I am.
"Ahh, thanks, but I could do better. And trust me, I'm not the only pretty girl around here," I said winking, then heading up the elevator and into ER13, where Dr. Gumeck was helping a patient with a badly broken leg.
Throwing my purse and stuff on the ground, I asked him for any assitance. He replied and asked if I could get the patient some pain killer from the door, which was easily accomplished.
I looked down at the patient who was in terrible pain. Putting my hand on hers, I tried to calm her, "It's alright. These pain killers will get rid of the pain for 6 hours, we can give you a perscription, if that's what you want."
