Luke followed after him with a happy step in his gait. "your welcome", he smiled, "I really hate town, don't you? we stick out like a sore thumb there."

"I hate, town And your hiar diesnt help, how we stick out" she said, turning to ruffle Lukes flamming red hair, playfully. he hadnt teased anyone so much in his life. but figured he better not go to far

Luke rolled his eyes, "I didn't want my hair red, but... i think it looks cool." he smiled and ran a hand through his hair after Derek messed it up. "I could have it dyed black, but it's a part of my history and I'm proud of it. what is the very last thing you remember when you were young?"

"the last thing I remeber is pain" he said his voice changing from playful, to serious.

Luke looked to the ground, ''oh... when's the last time you had a friend? no offense, but you don't seem to be the type to make friends that easily. and even we were enemies in the beginning..."

Derek, raised and eyebrow. "absoluty correct,I dont make friends, eas....at all" he corrected, himself. he knew he could tell luke why all he remebered pain as the last thing but he hadnt asked.

Luke skipped a few feet ahead of Derek then began walking backwards, "okay... were you a Were first or a Vamp?"

"prety muh the same time, It was a cross fight, were against vamp. I was.. in the way you could say. both were hunting me" he said, his voice not changing as they walked. He was willing to awnser any, and all of his questions

Luke shrugged, "oh, that's interesting. hm... what is the next presumable time you need to feed?" He asked that question carefully.

"an approximit awnser, would be anytime now, " he turned towards him. nothing seemed different about him, so it didnt look like he needed feeding. one of the htings that came with being a half, no one could tell if you were thirsty or not. he smirked. "but its not urgent"
