Weir nodded intrested. If they could be removed from their armor somehow, it seemed like they would be easier to kill. "Do you think we could get them out of their armor?" She asked. Avery seemed to be a bit of the local pepo expert. They knew hardly anything about them, and didn't even know how to talk to them, as they only made sputtery noises.

Weir nodded grimly. Five more fights would be nothing when the next wave came in a few weeks, but she doubted that it would happen before then. They tried not to risk fighting them at all, only fighting if they were noticed. Staying unnoticed lost fewer lives, cost less bullets, and ensured they wouldn't be found here. She would have to remember to have Sheppard brief her on their combat rules BEFORE they left. She didn't want this new soldier going off to try to fight them, then accidentally leading them back here. This was the best base they had had in months, she didn't want to loose it out of carelessness from someone who had only just arrived. "If we find a corpse then you and Keller can go over it together, but I doubt you will. If we have to kill them we usually use C4 but that leaves no bodies."

I shrugged and nodded, "Eh oh well. Our lives are filled with if's. I'll take the gift if it comes if not then i'll suck it up and deal with it." I smiled and flicked emerald hair out of my eyes as i leaned on a wall. "What made you guys want to start this whole thing in the first place? Like when did you all meet and stuff?" I was curious to know more aboutthese people, they seemed genuinely nice, but i wasn't really posative.

Weir bought for a moment. If she told this person, probably one of the only survivors left, what she had been doing, then the next time they got the government up and running they would have to deal with the civilians that knew. It was a real issue before, having people outside of the high ranking government officials knowing about the happenings at the Cheyenne Mountain Complex and Area 51. "Well, it was one or those top secret things that the government ans military ran without telling anyone. We three all worked on it together, and we decided that since we were a good team we would continue to work together now.
