Dragons in this RP: In this storyline/world, dragons have two forms: that of a dragon and a humanoid form. While not perfectly human, a dragon's humanoid form is very convincing if the dragon can cover up what few faults there are in their disguise. The humanoid forms of dragons tend to have smaller versions of their horns if they have them. They say that the eyes are windows to the soul; they truly are for dragons. A dragon's eyes never change color, and most dragons, in their humanoid forms, have an unusual, almost feline eye shape. Some dragons have pointed ears in their humanoid forms, and some have pointed canines. Some dragons have major flaws in their humanoid forms, such as dragonesque legs or even tails. Dragons usually hide from human contact if they can't hide their flaws convincingly enough, and they tend to find places to live in the wild, like a forest or even in the sewers. A dragon's true form is, of course, that of a dragon. In their humanoid forms, dragons still have their inhumanly sharp eyesight, sense of smell, and hearing. Some are also stronger than most humans, though they may not look like it. Every dragon has one elemental power, which they can use in both forms. In their human form, their element takes the form of a weapon, which can be summoned at will when the dragon is in its humanoid form.
The Shelter: This RP is mainly about a group of dragons that have chosen to live in a homeless shelter established by a dragon named Sarah. There are some humans that live here, too, but most of these humans are either crazy or they have promised to keep the dragons' secret. The shelter is a warehouse on the edge of a major city, and Sarah, with help from others, has managed to open a booth-like station where habitants of the shelter can get free food. The warehouse has good restrooms, and plenty of room for its habitants to sleep, though those who live here are advised to bring something to sleep on like a blanket. If someone lives there but has nothing to sleep on, Sarah can supply blankets for them, too. During the day, most of the dragonic habitants of Sarah's Homeless Shelter stay inside, living nocturnal lives and doing what they can under the cover of darkness.

- You may use OOC (out of character), but don't use it excessively. (For example, a whole page of nothing but OOC is too much.)
- No god-modding, powerplaying, mary/gary-sues, etc.
- Keep up with the RP and make sure you post fairly regularly; if you are absent from the RP for a long time with no explanation, you may be kicked out.
- Keep things PG. There may be mates and the like, but don't RP any sex or child birth, please.
- Don't kill another character without the owner's permission.
- Every dragon character must have at least 2 flaws in their humanoid form to be accepted.
- Don't use a specific species of dragon (HTTYD breeds, etc.) as your character. This does not mean regional types (Eastern/Asian, South American, European, etc.) from mythology; it is fine to use these.
- Put "Dragon Wings" in the section labeled "other" on your form for your character to be accepted.
- Don't bully other members and don't excessively disrespect a certain character. You may have rivalries and arguments between characters, but don't use your character to hurt other members.
- There are no dragon riders in this RP! Dragons and humans can be friends with each other, but a human cannot raise/train a dragon for riding purposes.

Personality: Tom is a very studious young man and a bit of a bookworm. He's smart, and usually you can find him with his nose in the latest fiction novel. He loves mythology and isn't scared of dragons one bit. When he isn't reading, Tom is checking on the warehouse and making sure everything's holding up okay. He doesn't much care about money and lives a rather modest life, even though he isn't poor and has the smarts to get a good job if he wanted one. It's partially Tom's job to make sure the shelter has enough money to keep running. If you want to know something about the shelter, just ask Tom--He knows more about the warehouse than anybody else.
