Modern Magic (No more new members)

One by one, Myst washed the dishes and Shane dried them. After she had put all the dishes away she looked at Shane. "I want to show you some thing." she said grabbing his hand. She led him out side and to a tiny building that looked more like an over-grown avary. She led him inside. There were all kinds of butterflies inside. A swarm of golden butterflies surrounded Shane and Myst. Myst handed Shane some pixie dust. "These are Golden Pixries. You can feed them the pixie dust if you want, it's said to bring good luck to those who do." she said and smiled at Shane and the butterflies. Many of the butterflies were flying around Myst, for they were very used to seeing her.

"Wow. They are beautiful." Shane said aloud. He wanted to say something else but decided to just think it, Almost as beautiful as you. he then thought to himself. Shane held out the pixie dust in his hand, wondering if any of them would come to him.

Many of the Golden Pixries crowded onto Shane's hand. "They seem to like you. Normally, these Golden Pixries are very shy to strangers." Myst smiled. Which means they should bring you twice as much good luck. she thought. Myst realized that in one day, she had met a stranger then became his closest friend. "Shane.... I... I..." Myst started to say 'I really like you.' but she didn't really know how. She blushed and fiddled with her fingers.

(Aww... they like eachother. How cute! <3)

Shane watched as the Pixries crowded his hand. He then heard Myst say his name and start to speak. "What?" he said looking to her with a happy smile on his face.

"I, uh... I don't really know how to say this but... um, I- I...." Myst stammered. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath to calm herself. "I really really like you, more than just a friend!" she said, her face turning red because she was blushing so much. Myst bit her bottem lip and waited to see what Shane would say.

Shane chuckled lightly at her nervousness. "It's a good thing you just said that because, I don't think I would have ever gathered up enough courage to tell you the same thing." he said a bright smile across his face as he looked between the Golden Pixries and Myst.

Myst blinked. She was a little stunned that he had admitted to having the same feelings, but she was so happy that she got a little dizzy. She ran to him, though it only took about 3 steps, and hugged him tightly.

Shane smiled as she hugged him. He realized all the pixie dust that had been in his hand was now gone. Therefore, he wrapped her up into a tight hug.

"Soooo.... how are we going to tell my parents that we did this on our first day of knowing eachother?" Myst asked as the butterflies flew around them. Suddenly, the ruby on her head peice started to glow and her back felt funny. She started to glow a little too, then... a crackling sound like a fire place was heard and a pair of soft blue wings appeared on her back. Myst gasped when she noticed her clothes had changed for some reason too...

"For some reason I don't think they'll be focused on us, I think they'll be focused on you. Congratulations too." Shane said happily. He was very happy for Myst she had wanted to summon her wings for so long and now she had.
