Ian smiled and continued dancing with her, without a single word. He was happy for once in his life and he didnt want anything to ruin his or her night. But he already did. Some time before that moon went down, she would change- and he had to be ready for it. Looking around the room he counted 'one...two...three....seven...twelve.... too many humans...' in his head. Shaking his black hair he smiled nervously down at Tara. "Are you sure your okay...." he check with her once more to be sure.

Taedom wrapped her arms around Tahlia. "Okay mommy..." she said snuggling into the gape of her mother's neck.

Sam smiled at the two. "Your so good with her... i wish i could be good with kids, i feel like they hate me though..." he said a little sad about taedom .

Tara nodded then shook ehr head " no no my arms and legs are hurting" she said whining a bit the small whine turned into a loud whail

Tahlia felt her heart warm but she quickly forgot about that when she heard Sam. Her eyes looked into his as she picked Taedom up. "Taedom loves you as much as she loves me. I think the only reason I was able to do that was that I promised her things. It's like bribing a child...which I need to learn to not do because I don't think that's going to get me anywhere," she added quietly.

Ian bit his lip, he worried for her. Grabbing her hand he pulled her in the direction of the door, weaving in and out of the crowd he hastily made it outside and luckily he still had hold of her. "Tara I need you to trust me okay.... " he said a little panicked, he rememberd his first shift.. he ended up on the side of the road- then the pound. . . With a small breath he tried to give her the two options as calm as possible. "We need to get out of here before you shift, can you run or can i please, please carry you?" he asked almost begging.

Sam laughed abit. "Yeah but look now your her favorite..." he pouted like a child. With a smirk he looked back at Tahlia in ammusement. "Im just kidding- you are her favorite though- you will make a good mom Tahlia... " he said softly as he kissed her on the nose, then Taedom's cheek. Looking up at the clock he finished straitening his tie and turned back to his two lovely girls. "Alright, we are extremely late, are we all ready to go?" he asked a little hastely.

Taedom remained cuddled in Tahlia's neck, holding on to her and not wanting to let go.

Tara looked at ian " i need you to carry me i wil fall if i run i did nto choose running shoes or sweatpants" she said tkaing a breath "oh it huuuurts" she cried out again

Tahlia's whole face seemed to be cherry red as she nodded lightly. She didn't want to admitt to being anyone's favorite...because she honestly wasn't sure what Taedom thought of her. It seemed silly but it hadn't felt like they were mother and daughter until the one grocery trip. She tried to sit there and focus though. "I guess that would be a good idea," she smiled at both of them,trying to hold Taedom while not trip over her dress at the same time. "I wonder how the actual ball will end up being like."

"Tara, im so sorry!" Ian exclaimed, the guilt was tearing at his heart, he didnt want her to hurt... this was all his fault. Grabbing her hand he began to run towards the open field, pulling her behind him. Taking a quick look back he saw no one outside, feeling safe he stopped running and shifted, ducking down a bit- the momentum that Tara had built up from running helped her on his back as he stopped in front of her. Having her securly on his back he began to run as fast as he could, making sure she didnt fall off. Finally getting to a clearing, he shifted, leaving her to fall in his arms. One arm supported underneith her shoulder blades and the other under her knees. Walking over to a small pool of water, he sat her against a fallen tree and let her rest. Tearing a piece of cloth from his ripped shirt he saturated it in the cool spring water, and dabbed it on her forehead. "Im so so so sorry..." he kept mumbling, feeling very guilty

Sam laughed lightly, helping her up and taking Taedom from her arms, she was already asleep. Walking to he car, he fastened her in her car seat and held the door open for Tahlia. Once everyone was settled in the car, Sam begandriving their way to the Prescott's

Tara whined " it is okay ian it is okay"s eh repeated over and over again.Tara screamed loudly as the transformation occured her bones cacking as she changed she howled out in pain laying still breahting heavly " is it over is it done" she cried but all that came out was barks

Ethan looekd aroudn the ball glad no one recongzised him
