"I didn't even know I was coming in the first place..." Natalie said, sighing softly once she had finished speaking, her voice sounding as tired as she felt. Fixing her gaze on Allen again, she tilted her head to the side as a familiar scent hit her nose. "You know... You smell like pine trees" The brunette stated, but blushed as she realised what she had said. "I mean... I-I like the smell of pine trees, there's n-nothing wrong with them..." She stuttered, her voice trailing of in the end.

Scott Jackson
Now that the subject was raised, Scott was dreading the revealing of his answer. "Uh... Well, I used to be a part of Rosewood..." He began, his voice trailing off as he paused, gathering his thoughts. "But... Something happened... And I left for a while..." The wolf said, avoiding Scarlet's gaze as he didn't want to see her reaction... Not yet...

Matthew Parker
Matt stood up at the sound of Jessica's voice. Her human voice. Bursting into the room, he stood in the doorway for a moment as he tried to take it all in before his thoughts were intterupted by the fact that she was on the phone. He leaned against the doorway and watched her from where he was, his cool blue gaze wandering around the room from time to time. "Jessica?"

It took Allen a little while to completly understand from where she was coming from. Well...yeah he did smell like pine trees. Yet he couldn't tell her why. Yeah I'm a werewolf. I'm near trees all the time,he thought,mocking himself clearly. "Thanks....? I guess it has something to do with the fact that my car broke down and I ended up having to walk through the forest to get here." Allen wasn't one to make up lies so he was finding this really difficult.

Scarlet tried not to laugh at the mention of the pack. "You know...no matter what reason you left for you are one of the luckiest werewolves ever. That pack is crashing and burning and we are getting to watch it. I bet somethings happening at the ball and we missed that to. Oh well." She didn't really seem to notice how uneasy he was but that was just her. Sometimes Scarlet was either too bouncy or energenic or sometimes she went serious.

Tahlia laughed quietly,shaking here head at the same. "I swear she didn't learn that from me either." She was still laughing as she struggled to sit Taedom still. "Why is Daddy not nice?," she asked,quite perplexed as she tried pulling the zipper up.

She finished with a flourish, seeing a handsome man in the ballroom. She smiled softly, then thought,Hello. She flowed across the floor, smiling. She curstied, her dark hair is a beautiful undo. She said is a soft voice,"Would you like to dance?"

Having spent most of her life picking out liars, Natalie didn't need to think twice about whether he was telling the truth or not. The answer was the latter. "So... You walked all the way here in your tux through the woods?" She inquired, raising an eyebrow at him as she awaited an answer. Despite having little patience, she didn't mind waiting. Not as long as she had Allen's eyes to gaze into.

"Imbécile" Scott muttered under his breath. Having spent some of his time in France, he was now fluent in french. Or at least semi-fluent. He shifted into his human form and looked at Scarlet, his arms folded across his chest. "Do you not think it would be better if the paks united? To stop all the fighting" The young man inquired, his chocolate brown eyes seeming colder somehow.

Lizzie leaned against the ball room wall, not seeing anyone that sparked her interest. She messed with her long black gorgeous hair and rolled her eyes at everyone there. You know what? Maybe she shouldn't have come. Balls. Ekk. She was leaving..

Jessica heard Matt's voice and droppedthe phone from her ear. Running up to him, she jumped and wrapped herself around him, he legs around his waist and arms around his neck. The phone was still in hand. "Matt I was so scared... I woke up and you were gone and I thought you called but your here and ... And... I don't know please just don't leave..." She said [censored] to cry, it was the first time she felt no paintings.

Taedom scratched up her face but shortly wriggled up and out of her mothers grasp just so she could climb in her lap. Twirling her little fingers she sighed and looked up at Tahlia trying to seem grown up, "daddy not nice he no let Ben go and and and the dress is heavy...." She sobbed.

Sam laughed lightly. "Tae, Ben is aunti callista's responsibility and you have to wear that dress...." He tried explaining.

Cooper smiled and stood strait. "Aren't I supposed to ask you?" He asked feeling a little put off that she just walked yo to him. With a smile, cooper took her hand with one of his own, and in the other her waist and they began to dance.

Ashton tossed his drink in he fire place, making a small eruption as the alcohol hit. "I'm out of here..." He sighed as he began walking out the door. Seeing a girl doingthe same he smiled, least he wasn't the only one. "You checking out too??" He asked casually.

(No I didn't know. That's why I had him make up the "I walked through the forest in a tux" excuse. )

Allen closed is eyes slightly,wondering if she too was like him. How could he explain this evenly without looking stupid as well? "I'm just going to throw this out there ow because if I keep lieing I'm going to look stupid," he mused quietly. "Are you a werewolf?." Allen could only hope he was or he was officialy done for.

Scarlet shook her head. "When that happens call me because I don't ever see that happening in the near future. If it does I give you full right to kill me Scott," she said with a rather amused yet devious expression

Tahlia sighed,not quite sure what she could say or do. "Daddy is right. Ben can't come right now but I promise you'll get to see him soon." She flinched as soon as she offered. No good could come out of that unless some form of a miracle happened. "As for the dress...I think it looks pretty. If you can wear that dress I'll be sure ou get to do something special tommorow." If Tahlia had flinched before she would now be on the ground gasping for breath. What was she supposed to do now? This was why she tried to avoid offering things as she always had a difficult time keeping her promises. Sometimes they were just too difficult to keep.

Oynx rested near the corner of the room. She sighed quietly,her long purple dress seeming to make her skin paler then it already was. Allen was right. She must be a hypocrite. What could she do now? There was always the chance that she could take in leaving yet she wasn't really sure if she wanted to do that. Oynx could miss something.
