"Not to be forward, but..." He paused and handed her a rock. " I can make u forget about him" he grinned tossing a rock into the lake as it skipped a few times before reaching the other side.

Caleb started to analyze the situation. "I'm okay. I would like if you checked on her though." He started to think about what could have happened to her, a streak of concern on his face as he thought about the possibilities of a lone gunman or something even more serious.

The waitress nodded at Caleb’s request and walked away to the bathroom. When she did open the door however, she threw herself against the wall, with a gasp, and started crying. For Caleb’s date appeared dead, her eyes were closed, her form limp and lifeless, even under her beautiful tan she looked pale. And naturally under the strain of panic, the waitress didn’t notice the faint pulse on Evan’s collarbone.

Tears streaming down her face, the waitress returned to Caleb’s table, saying, between sobs, “She – she – she’s dead. She's dead in the bath – in the bath – bathroom. She’s gone. De – dead…”

"Yeah. You mind if I ride with you? My car is unavailable." She sighed, remembering the moment that changed her mornings. She didn't really mind walking but she got distracted too often and had been late to school not only once but twice.

A car that pass him gave him a thumbs up and the kids playing on their swing-set across the street shout in amazement a laughter. Micah saw a few people give a disapproving shake of the head, but he just grinned broader at them. They were jealous, he knew it...

Myra sighed and started towards the pet shop. She set puppy in a cart and started shopping. Myra bought the puppy, who she named Toby, a collar, leash, bed, bowls, toys, and a brush. Myra smiled and walked out, Toby on his new leash.

I jumped a bit when I heard my phone ring in my bag. I morphed back into human form and read it. See you there. I texted back. I changed into clothes that weren't in tatters, and walked back out of the woods. I pulled my hair out of its original ponytail and braided instead, to where the braid fell over my shoulder. i shrugged a bit, figuring the hairstyle was fine, and walked down the street. Soon, I saw a dog was following me. It was a huge Saint Bernard. Crap. It must smell my wolf form. I thought to myself. I walked to Blake's house. "Leave me alone, you freakin' dog!" I shouted at the dog, shooing it away. It whined and walked away. I straightened my clothes and knocked on the door.
