Kale grinned, "April Fools day was always big with my uncle, that and jokes. Once when he hired a nanny, he put a rubber snake in the fridge and she totally freaked out. He apoligized of course, feeling really bad after he found out snakeS were her worst fear but she quit of course. Which is why I never had a nanny after that." She laughed, thinking about it. "I have a whole collection of things to trick people with, though I rarely get to use them."

"You just want me to make a fool of myself now don't you?" Nik said as he looked at her with his brows slightly raised. "Because I rather not look like a fool," He chuckled.

"Yes, please don't use those tricks on me. I get enough from my teammates anyways," Darren said with a weak smile on his lips as he looked at her.

Patrick walked over to her bedside. "Hey," He replied with a small smile on his lips. "You doing alright?" He asked as he sat down in a nearby chair.

"nah, you can't look like a fool infront of me... i'm the biggest fool alive.... trust me." she said mumblijng the last part but changing her exspression back to a smile. "okay then... how about i race ya to the other end of the pool?" she said swimming to the edge.

Nik swam after her. "Sure, I guess I can handle a race, even though I'm not a great swimmer either," He said with a shrug of his shoulders.

"oh come on lighten up nik its only a bit of fun" she said with a laugh. "you ready.... steady.... go" she called and pushed hard off the wall and glided strong a streamline through the water.

Nik pushed himself off the wall quickly after her, wasting no time to easily catch up to her. He quickly paddled, not slowly down or showing any weakness in his swimming.

Kale smiled, patting his cheek affectionately before pulling him gently along. "Did you still want to go with me to the park or have you enough adventure today?" She asked in a slightly challenging tone, her eyes sparkling.
