kiri pulled a confused look "i'm sorry i don't recall when your talking about?" she said trying hard to think but only remembering when the girl was rude to her earlier.

"Well you weren't nice to me," Shealeigh said with a soft grunt in her voice. "I'm not completely stupid you know," She added as she looked up at Nik.

"Please don't fight you two," Nik said as he ran his fingers through his hair. "I really don't want you two to fight," He added as a sigh escaped his lips.

"Well, for one thing, to teach me a lesson not to be so proud." Kale answered swiftly, "Doing that wouldn't mean you didn't love me, just that I can't get away with stuff like that. I don't mean you're that kind of person, and I know you care," She added, trying to explain what she meant. I can easily name five people who would have left me on the ground, not because they didn't care for me, but because I'm too dramatic and need to be taken down a notch.

Cynthia walked quietly towards the office and stepped inside with a hopeful look around as she made her way over to the notice board. Her eyes roamed over a few jobs before spotting a baby-sitting job. With a sigh of relief, she quickly wrote the number down before looking to see if there were anymore.

Darren gently stroked his cheek. "I still wouldn't have left you," He said before gently kissing her forehead. "That would be too cruel," He added with a slight smile on his lips.

Shealeigh looked up toward Nik. "I'm going inside for the night," She said as she turned away and walked toward the back door. She disappeared inside quickly.

Nik sighed softly and ran his fingers through his hair again, not knowing what to say at the moment. "Er, so," He mumbled softly as he looked toward the sky.

"i'm sorry nik, i didn't mean to upset her." she said with slight worry and upset in her eyes.

"It's fine," Nik said not wanting to hear apologies. "So what did you want to do now that you're hear?" He asked looking toward her after he crossed his arms across his chest.

she shrugged "i don't mind, i was just coming to see you i supose." she said walking towards him and stopping in front of him

"Thank you," Kale said with a brighter smile on her face. "I must be getting bad at it though, it seemed to take me a longer time to come to than usual. Maybe I'm just getting old," She mused with sparkling eyes. "I'm sorry for making you worry," She added in a softer tone as she slipped her hand through his.

"Well we can do whatever you want now that you're here and we're alone," Nik said with a shrug of his shoulders as he continued to look at her.

"I just want you to promise that you'll never do that again because you really worried me and then that chick started to call me names and yell at me," Darren said as he pointed toward Zoe with an annoyed look in his eye.
