"I dunno, children? Oh wait, that's women," Kale scrunched up her face with a look of comic dismay. "I think my brain just went in hibernation," She mumbled before saying, "I grew up around lots of fruit trees and such so 'grow' really makes me think plants."

Cynthia had to bite her tongue to keep from cooing at Jayden, when was the last time she had seen Braden do that? "He's so angelic, does he keep you up at night?" She asked, knowing all too well what these little 'angels' are capable of. She brushed back a stray curl of her hair absently as she watched Jayden.

"Uh, right," Darren said with a chuckle before he climbed to his feet. "Well, I'm going to quickly go put this mail inside if that's alright with you," He added as he held his mail in his hand.

"Most the time he'll sleep through the night. He has his nights where he can't though," Valtteri said as he looked down at Jayden as his son began to doze off in his arms. "Anyways, I'm Valtteri, if you were wondering," He added sheepishly.

"Since when am I stopping you?" Kale asked with a raised eyebrow before saying, "Yeah....go ahead.." If it's alright with me? What a...gentleman..

Typical baby. And when he wakes up and cries, does Daddy go and hold him? Ooh, that sounded harsh, glad I didn't say it outloud, Cynthia thought guiltily before looking at Valterri and saying, "Name's Cynthia, but most people call me Cinnamon or Cindy. Anything is fine with me," She shrugged slightly before looking at Jayden, "Someone looks ready for a nap," She commented, her Irish accent slipping in.

(i really dig glasses i think they make guys look intelligent and sexy..... as long as its a sexy guy.... so yeah helm looks pretty hot with his specks )

kiri smiled wide and ran to get her phone before realising she was already holding it she quickly dialed kales number in and pressed the ring button "come on kale pick up" she muttered under her breath.

(Kronwall's glasses are very interesting. That's all I have to say about his glasses xD)

Darren nodded before walking inside. He made his way into the dining area and place his mail down on his dining room table before making his way back outside. "So what does my girl want to do?" He asked curiously.

Valtteri smiled slightly. "Nice to meet you Cynthia," He said as he cradled Jayden in his arms. "Well, it looks like I have to get him home so he can lay down since I didn't bring his stroller," He added in his lovely Finnish accent.

Nik looked at her with a brow raised. "Are you challanging me?" He asked with a smirk on his lips. "I'm not scared about losing to you. I played soccer when I was younger ya know," He said as he made his way into the backyard.

Shealeigh followed after him holding a soccer ball in his hand. "Doesn't mean your any good," She remarked playfully as she walked out in the grass with him.

Kiri wait the phone to her ear "come on kale pick up please" she mumbled.

"Hold on for one second, my phone's ringing," Kale said with a slight smile as she stood up and pulled her phone out of her back pocket. She quickly picked up, "Hello?" with an apoligetic look at Darren.

"Likewise, it was nice to you too Valtteri, and little Jayden." Cynthia answered as she looked at Jayden again. "I hope he has a good nap, you better be on your way. See ya around," She added with a smile before starting to walk down the street again, thinking about Jayden and Braden. It's been so long since I've seen a happy baby with his father, Jayden is really cute. Braden was cute too, he still is, but he's almost 2. He'll always be my little bald-headed baby. She thought wistfully with a sigh.

(I'm more of a cartoonist artist. Anyways, good job. His skin looks alittle dark though and his hair is a bit dark too. It looks black when his hair is actually a dark brown o3o I've drawn every Red Wings player before plus I've drawn Alexander Ovechkin from the Caps and Sindey Crosby from the Pens)

Nik watched as Shealeigh dropped the ball into the grass. "Well doesn't mean I'm bad," He said as he looked up at her. "Trust me," He added.

Shealeigh quickly began to dribble the ball at her feet pushing her way past Nik, giggling softly in the process. "Come and get me Niklas," She taunted.

Darren leaned against the door to his house as he watched Kale with his brows slightly raised. He let a soft sigh escape his lips as he looked around.

Valtteri nodded before walking past her, toward his house. He quickly looked up at the sky observing the time of day it was before walking up to his house.
