kiri jumped up as she realised the car at her house. she smiled as she reconised it and ran to the door. she brushed her dress smooth and opened it "hey nik" she said her voice bright and bouncy. "you ready?" she asked hauling her bag onto her shoulder and smiling.

Kale walked over to his porch and sat down one step higher than him as she turned to face him and started massaging his temples with her thumb. "I used to do this for my uncle, whenever he got migraines or digitals." She laughed, thinking of when he first learned about trigger points. "When he first found the books, I had to find all his trigger points on his back and mark it with a sharpie. I drew some funny things on him," She added, a fond smile on her face.

Nik nodded slightly as he pulled his hand out of his hair. "Yeah, I'm ready to go," He said as he looked at her. He moved out of the way allowing her to step outside.
