Kale heard and wondered at it herself. Am I really a sweet person? Not really....but guess I'm at least polite most of the time. Or at least I try. "Well what should I have said? Thanks and just let it go? I'm not saying you're a liar, but seriously, what do I do that you find sweet?" She asked, sounding more like an unsure little girl than her usual self.

Abigail sighed, deciding to go home. She hopped down from the big tree branch, and started on her way to her apartment.

Darren looked back at her. "You're always sweet to me. Always caring for me and understanding. If somethings wrong you're always right there trying to make things better. I find that quite sweet," He said.

[You're welcome and ditto, I'm supposed to be ready to take care of the animals by 7 tomorrow, which means waking up at the crack of dawn. Also known as 6:30. Which isn't too bad but still. Good night.]

"Oh Darren that's..." Kale was about to say something about how she's not like that at all when she bit back the remark, not wanting to do the same thing again. So instead of contradicting him again, she said slowly, trying to work out what to say, "That's because you deserve it, and I want to act.......'sweet', around you. I-i,um, thank you for the compliment," She added, trying to say it right.

kiri let him pull away from her "i will se you in a few hours then?" she asked watching him nervosly.

(what idont understand is that only the night before nik was like kissing her and hugging her from behind and stuff, then over like the space of about 8 hours he changed to likeing her but not wanting to date her and pulling away from her when she was to close to him. XD and dont blame in on the alcahol because he kissed her and hugged her before he had even touched any )

Darren smiled slightly at her. "Thank you for atleast trying to accept my compliment," He said as he turned to her and kissed her cheek gently.

Nik nodded slightly. "Yeah, I guess," He replied as he walked to the front door, running his fingers through his hair quietly along the way. Something just doesn't feel right, He thought to himself.

"bye" she whispered watching him leave. she sighed as he left and stood on her doorstep waiting till he was gone before shutting it quickly and running upstairs and having a bath. she got out and went into to get ready. she pulled out a nice dress which wasnt to but didnt make her look desperate. she slipped it on and did it up. she blow dryed her hair and began to do it again for the second time in the past hour, this time curly.

Kale smiled at him, blushing lightly before she asked, "How's your headache?" She was still holding the glass but she silently passed it to Dar who took it without complaining.
Dar turned around and padded up to her front door, holding onto the glass bottom tightly. He padded inside and quickly went into the kitchen where he stood up on his hind legd and dropped the cup into the sink.

Nik made his way down the sidewalk back to his house. He opened the front door only to come face to face with Shealeigh. "Uh, hey there," He said.

Shealeigh nuzzled her face into his neck. "Hey there big guy. I missed you," She whispered before gently kissing his neck. She giggled softly as she stroked his chest.

Darren shrugged alittle. "It's alittle better," He said as he looked toward her. He gently pulled her into a hug and smiled. "It could be a lot better though," He added.

kiri ran down the stairs swinging round the banister her dress flowing behind her. she opened the cupboard under the stairs and looked through her shoes till she found the pair she was looking for. a nice pair of light blue sanddles. she sat down it the living room ' i wonder what time he is coming?' she thought looking at the clock.... half eleven.
