(( I guess now. Still accepting, since a lot of spots are still open. ))

A glossy black wolf strode along the sidewalk with his head held high. With grace and power in his every step, it wasn't hard to tell that this wolf was in charge. He wasn't cocky or arrogant, but he had power and he knew how to use it. His ears twitched towards every sound and his eyes flickered to any movement. His eyes were blue, one dark, almost black, and the other a bright and piercing blue. A chain hung around his neck, and at the end of the chain was a small silver shield. It was one thing he never took off, even if it fit not so comfortably when he was a wolf.

Elijah came to a sudden stop in front of one of the little shops. He took a few steps forward and pressed his wet nose against the glass. Inside, the shop was dark and unoccupied. The only light coming in through the glass was from a street light, but he saw everything perfectly with his new eyes. It looked just like it did not too long ago. The chairs were pushed in neatly against the tables and the counter was as clean as could be. The only off thing was the emptiness from the dark place. Every Sunday, he used to come and eat ice cream here. The man that worked there always knew what to make him. He even gave him the 'special sprinkles' that made the ice cream so much better. That man went missing two weeks ago, most likely killed by one of the stray wolves roaming around town. The dark wolf snorted softly, fogging up the glass as he saw a rat scurry across the floor of the ice cream shop. The rodent stopped, sniffed the floor around it, then loped off behind the counter with the promise of food.

The humans he'd grown so used to were being killed. Being killed by rogues, just like his parents had been. A deep growl rumbled in his chest and he ran down the sidewalk in a flash, his claws ticking against the cement. He tipped his head back and howled a low, long note. The pack had to figure out what to do about the wolves on their land. Elijah made a sharp turn down an alley and leapt over a fence. His paws touched the cool grass and he edged forward towards the trees, his ears high in alert. After sniffing around the trees, he found his and tugged out a pair of folded jeans from one of the fallen branches. It was his father's idea to hide clothes in certain parts of the forest. Elijah didn't exactly enjoy talking to the others when they were all nude, and it was hard for him to get his point across through wolf speak. So he shifted and pulled on the pair of faded jeans, then walked towards the meeting place with both hands in his pockets. Once he reached the opening in the trees, he sat down against a sad looking tree and hugged one knee to his chest. His blue eyes roamed the clearing, searching for any signs of his pack.

Selia woke up early that morning, it seemed like it was another morning like any other morning, but Selia was always a little paranoid. The young fighter looked down at her sister who had always slept beside her. Cira was curled up gently, the young light white wolf's fur contrasted with Selia's dark white fur. Selia sighed, every morning she would be the one to wake up first, she didn't know why though? Her constant nightmares of their past perhaps? Cira had them to from time to time, but her personality was more scarred then Selia's was, Cira could get so scared sometimes and then Selia was just plain rude to every living thing that dared to talk with her, but she had grown very over-protective of her sister. It was her fault she ended up like she was, all her fault. But in a sense Cira was braver then Selia could ever be and more kind and caring, something Selia used to be. Selia envied her sister alot of the time, but that didn't change how she felt, she was the stronger of the two, she was the protector and Cira was the guardian. Selia would protect Cira with her life and Cira would keep her from getting herself killed. The two sisters worked well together, even when they were younger. Selia sighed lightly, she often hated the mornings, but she knew it was time to wake up and get going.

Selia's light green eyes searched the den before poking her sister. "Cira wake up" she mumbled, Cira's light blue eyes opened up blindly staring at nothing. "Morning Selia" she said softly to her sister. They two sisters took their time to get up out of their den and padded out seeing Elijah, they padded up to him one smiling softly yet sheepishly and the other scowling, "M-Morning" Cira smiled dipping her head. Selia snorted, "Hi" she said.

Aurora silently ran through the woods, stretching her muscles as her body healed from the latest, most nasty beating she has had in a long while. She sniffed the air, making sure she remained alert for the rouges that seemed to be plaguing the town lately, her black coat helped her blend in with the shadows. Her ears flicked over when she heard Elijah, she headed to the meeting place. She sniffed for her tree and shifted, she pulled on the gray sweats and t-shirt, wincing slightly. She pulled on the white t-shirt, not noticing the blood the stained it from a cut on her shoulder. She headed into the clearing and silently leaned against a tree, she glanced at Elijah before she looked around, waiting for the others to show up.

Drake smiled as he walked down the street, in general just going for a stroll, but also keeping an eye out for those pesky rouges. He smiled when he heard the howl, at least he had something to do now. He headed towards their meeting place, "Hey guys!" he said, waving at Aurora and Elijah as he entered the clearing, "Sup? How has the evening been for you? No one run into a nasty stray I hope?" he asked as he grinned.

((Sorry for the... shortness.))

{{ I'll post intro(s) in a little, must go dogsit. Mini, I added a character to my first post~ }}

The sky was beautiful. In the city, you could never see the stars. Sometimes you could barely see the moon. But out here, every night was one filled with stars. The are smelled fresh, the trees grew tall, and the prey acted like prey ought to act. Out here, overconfident raccoons didn't challenge their betters, skinny coyotes didn't squat in a wolf's den, and people didn't tramp about talking loudly and smelling worse than rotting flesh.

Morii shifted restlessly. Stretched out on a roof, she had left home in favor of a nice flat roof in town. A business building, lest she accidentally scare someone. It was bad enough normally, but with these mutts running around...A low growl built in Morii's throat. Rogues. The scum of were society. It was like a whole pack of the mongrels had moved in to town. And wasn't that an oxymoron? A pack of rogues? Morii sighed, forcing herself to relax again. That was why she was up in the middle of the night laying on a roof, after all.

She stretched languidly, yawning wide and long. A white t-shirt stretched across her slender body, pulling up over her stomach as she stretched. In contrast, her low-slung jeans slid a little lower. Not much lower though; the biggest tear remained over her right knee, as its smaller partner remained over the left, the gash on her thigh stayed just within modesty's range of her rump, and the dragon pattern stitched into the left front pocket crinkled only a bit. Morii dropped back down on the roof with an appreciative sigh. Any wolf could appreciate a good stretch, even a pup, and Morii was no exception. With a sleepy murmur just on the edge of contentment, she rolled onto her side and let her eyelids droop. Someone would probably yell at her for sleeping on a roof, especially with "a killer" on the loose, but, well...She was comfy.

Morii would have braved whoever's wrath for that comfort, if it weren't for Elijah. Her eyes flew open as his gathering call rang out, and it took only a moment for her to shoot to her bare feet and leap off the roof. She hit the ground running. It took only minutes for her to find the clearing, and she instantly dropped to a walk, the already quiet sound of her approach turning abruptly silent. Slowly, with hooded blue-green eyes the only sign of her unhappiness, Morii stepped out of the trees.

She bowed her head to Elijah with a murmured, "Alpha." Then she crouched down nearby and picked up a stick to play with. Even without a naive young kid unaware of the dangers of wolves to throw it, or wolf jaws to chew on it, sticks were always fun. Especially ones that still had little branches and a leaf or two. Those were very fun.

Kalika moved slowly through the trees, her paws making barely any noise on the the moss, twigs and dead leaves that were moistened by dew. She turned her head slightly to the left, looking over her shoulder with her piercing green eyes to watch Austin trying to copy her almost silent movements. She wanted to snort at him, because he looked rather amusing walking with his butt in the air and trying to walk on the tips of his toes to avoid crunching the leaves; but that would give them away.

Kalika crouched, just the tip of her tail twitching as she watched the deer move through the bush. She loved early morning hunting, sometimes she felt more comfortable in wolf form; She hated her human body, convinced that it was the most ugliest part about her (aside from her temper). She shook her head, blowing air out of her nose in a quiet snort, and moved forward slowly; ready to pounce.

A howl rolled through the air, startling the deer and making it run. Kalika growled, her hunting instincts kicking in even though her loyalty to her pack was much stronger. She continued to growl as she twisted around quickly, her tail slapping a low fern and moved backwards towards the meeting grounds. She nipped Austin's tail as she walked by, and he followed with a small yelp. They weren't that far from the meeting grounds anyways, so they walked to it, crossing through the little threshold of trees into the clearing. She looked to everyone who was already there, her eyes lingering on Elijah before she moved to the side of the clearing and behind one of the trees.

Austin copied her, shifting and dressing in a pair of dark black jeans and a white tank top, before he stepped back out again with a gorgeous smile. "What's up?" He asked, his smile turning into a sexy smirk while Kalika shoved him with her elbow when she walked past him in skinny jeans and a black t-shirt. She pushed her blonde hair out of her eyes and looked to Elijah, silently asking him what he had called a meeting for; though she could guess the answer.

Sprawled over the messy white sheets on his bed, the teenage boy slept with a scowl on his face and a twist on his lips. It was not a pleasant dream. Apparently, his annoyance with the rogue wolves had crept through the waking world and into his nightmares. He gave the already messy blankets a kick with his hind-leg, or was it his normal leg? In his dreams his wolf self and human self often merged in a not so harmonious fashion. Luckily he was woken from his acrimonious dreams, not by his human ears but by his wolf senses. His dark eyes shot open and he bolted upright. The Alpha was calling. Rory threw the blankets and sheets off the bed and started to transform. It was faster to get there on four paws than two. Leaving his pajamas and boxers on the floor, he roamed the hallway as a massive black wolf, not even minding the thump and click of his paws as he headed downstairs. With his teeth he unlocked the door, he wasn't some stupid dog after all, and with his tail he shut it behind him. Outside he received a rather unpleasant surprise.

In the form of a large golden brown wolf with black frosted fur, Riley sat patiently by his friend's mailbox. His tail wagged a little as Rory, also in wolf form, stepped out. The first thing his burly black friend did was growl at him.

"Well good morning to you too, Mr. Sunshine."

Rory didn't deem that worthy of a response and brushed by. Riley walked right beside him, so that the gold and black pawsteps were completely synchronized. They did not speak at all as they glided down the dark and empty streets. Riley figured that Rory was thinking the same thing too though. This meaning was about those rogue scum. The ones who had taken the father of one of Riley's friends. It made his blood boil with the meer thought of it, and Riley tried very hard not to get attached. To be honest, he did not want a war, but this didn't look like it could have a peaceful outcome.

By the time they had arrived, most of the Pack was there. Riley split with Rory to find a change of clothes, a blue t-shirt and some jeans. He came out and waved to Elijah, Aurora, Drake, Selia, Cira, Austin, Kalika, and Morii. He glanced over his shoulder to see Rory leaning against a tree, eyebrows knitted and eyes closed.

Spoil Sport, Riley thought with a smirk.

Elijah forced a small smile for Cira. He didn't show the same effort for Selia though. He may have been young for his position, but one thing he never handled well was disrespect. His odd colored eyes focused on the pack members coming to view, his eyes showing no certain emotion. "Hello everyone." He greeted, his voice low and soft. The boy looked at each of them through his messy bangs before he pushed himself to his feet taking a few steps forward until he was in the middle of them. "I'm sure you all know why we're gathered here today." His voice rose to a more audible level, demanding attention from them all. "Rogues. Strays. Loners. Those mutts are invading our town and killing the humans that we've lived with for so long. These streets are not safe for them. I know what most of you are thinking." He paused in his speech ran a frustrated hand through his dark hair.

"Why don't we just kill the strays? They are disorganized and untrained. We have teamwork and experience at our side. But it's not that easy. The citizens here believe that the cause of all the deaths is a unsound human. What would they think if wolves started roaming 'their' town and killing other wolves? We will be exposing our secret. Humans are afraid of the unknown. Who's to say or neighbors won't be pointing guns to our heads if they found out what we were?"

Elijah returned to his spot under the tree, his lips pursed. "Please, everyone, share with me what we should do. What ever our choice is, there will be a price to pay. How far are we willing to go to protect our home?"

(( Kgryphon, accepted. ))

Selia snorted as she listened quietly, quite frankly she would honestly rather just tear their heads off, but that wasn't her right to say, so what humans pointing guns ohhhhh, at her it was fine but... Selia glanced over at her sisters whose wise pale blue eyes seemed deep in thought. Selia couldn't risk letting her sister get hurt, not at all. If it came down to it though a rogue or loner got to close to Cira and Selia wouldn't hold back, no matter what the price. Should they move? Or Stay? "I still wanna fight" she snorted a bit looking away her green eyes fierce but wanting to fight. Cira's eyes lowered a bit her ears folding back she was uncertain, but this place was her home always had been. "P-Perhaps we should stay and defend our home, a-after all this is your territory Elijah they had n-no right to take it from you" Cira told him quietly, she closed her mouth she hadn't meant to actually say it, but she was kind of glad she did.

Re: Where the Road Parts (Werewolf roleplay) -SemiLit-

"I'm good with stealth attacks." Kalika murmured, just enough for Elijah and any members around him to hear. "I could take some of us with me into the woods, scout things out, and if we see any rouges kill them; or capture them if you'd rather question them, with little to no chance of the humans seeing us?" She offered the idea as a question, not entirely comfortable with speaking so openly; she liked to speak quietly and mostly one on one. She lowered her head enough that her hair fell forward, covering her face form view of the rest of the pack though she made sure she kept her eyes on Elijah to try to gauge his reaction to the idea. "I've been training Austin a bit--" She nudged him when he didn't turn at his name. "--And he's getting better at being quiet when he moves, I can train the others as well if need be."

Austin didn't really like being called out like that, he really didn't like to fight that much; considering he wasn't the strongest wolf around. He was quick, made for agility rather than brute strength, and he was good at dodging. Perhaps he could just be a distraction? He doubted it, not the way Kalika worked; she didn't like to use anyone as "bait".
