Derek merely grinned, taking off right after Char. At her bark, Derek let out an answering bark, then bolted forward ahead of Char, barking a laugh. Slow, was he? He wasn't so sure now. Derek looked back over at her with amused eyes, then continued to bolt on forward, flicking an ear.

As if being commanded by something, Char's feet started pumping faster and faster, uncontrolled by anything. What's going on!??? She thought as she practically flew past Derek. She couldn't stop, nor could she do anything besides run! There was no control, it was just her running flat out towards the Jeep and... Cayen?

"Stop you crazy nut!!!!" Cayen yelled as his sister came barreling towards him, going at speeds faster than usual. Oddly enough, as soon as he said so she started screeching to a halt, back-peddling and sending dirt up everywhere. What in the world was going on with her?!

"Stop-" She heard Cayen say and she suddenly had control over her limbs. Scrambling for traction, she came to a halt only a few inches from the Jeep. Did he have control over her when things became urgent? What the f***!!!!!!!! This was ridiculous. How could this have ever happened anyways? Since when did submissives retain the ability to call their betters?

Derek noticed Char's sudden increase in heart rate, and swung his muzzle around to look at her. She then suddenly zoomed past him, and Derek found it a bit hard to track her movements a bit. He heard Cayen's yell to stop, and was doubting that Char would obey, but he was shocked when she did. His blue eyes flash with shock as he stopped a few paces from them all, his throat rumbling a bit. What had just occurred?

Char growled at Cayen and swiftly shifted into a human, fully-clothed. "What the hell was that?" She asked, angry and fearful. Was he dominant all of a sudden? No, she could smell and feel that he wasn't. It just didn't happen like that. "Well? Do you have an answer for me Cayen?" She said, demanding a clear answer from him.

Cayen stayed quiet for a moment and looked up at his sister. "I used a distress call. I'm surprised that Derek didn't hear it like you did, but that probably has to do with him not actually being related. It's Alex. Persephone let him go at Ani and Gabe, knowing they were werewolves. Of course, him being a human how was he to know? We have to go to the hospital sis. And you too," he said, looking at Derek. It would be good to have two dominants around a new changeling.

Derek narrowed his gaze a bit at the mention of going to the hospital, and how Cayen said that Derek was to come. Not exactly liking the 'order', but Derek was still going to go if Char was. In the hospital though, the humans would have to avoid him if they don't want a bloody face to walk around with. Derek's dislike for humans was not as bitter as Cyrus's, or as hateful as Sarah's, but he still disliked humans strongly. "The boy probably pissed Ani off.. There is no way that she would strike without reason," Derek then rumbled, giving a nod of his head.

Char looked as though she were going to kill someone, and that someone was Persephone. She had always been a hateful b**** but she never figured that much so! She was going to get a whooping before the next full moon was over. She would ask the pack for a chase, yes that was what she would do. "We have to get there Derek. Alex is going to have a hard change," she told him.

"That boy is practically like my little brother. And he thought he was defending us, that something had happened. He is only human, and his sister told him that they were intruders. She knew what they were. He didn't. I'm not blaming Ani or Gabe. I'm blaming Persephone on this one," he told him. There was no insubordination in his voice. Just bitter anger.

"Better not tell Ani that then, cause then she might be the one kicking this Persephone's a**," Derek then said, giving a nod to Cayen. Oh Ani would so do that.. Ani's beatings were pretty bad, as Derek knew from all the way back in puphood.. Who knew what that red-head could do now? Derek looks over at Char, and nodded. "Let's go then.. Just make sure none of the humans talk to me, please?" He added the last sentance to just make sure that he won't be harming anyone in that hospital.

"Don't worry. We're in the private sector, where almost nobody is. As long as you can make it through the lobby your fine," Cayen told Derek. All they had to do was make it to the elevator and they were home free in terms of humans. Only nurses and doctors were allowed on that floor without a pass. "If she hasn't already told you, Char's a genius at financial stuff. I have been...blessed with connections to the city underworld. She made the most use of that, putting us well off," he told Derek as he drove.

"Oh, that's exactly what I'm doing. At the next full moon I'll be asking our small pack for a chase, in which we run after her for many hours snapping at her heels until she falls. Those she has harmed will be allowed to do as they wish to her, and she shall learn her lesson," Char said. This was pack justice at its' best.

Derek let out a breath of relief at what Cayen told hiim, but he was still a bit unsure as he doesn't think he might make it through the lobby. Humans just made Derek's wolf.. snap. He then listens to Char intently, giving a nod. "And that would count Ani in, wouldn't it?" He asked in a grim tone, already sensing that Ani would do some terrifying damage if she does count in to the.. punishment to Persephone.

[[Is Ani going to be allowed to do as she wished to Persephone? xD If Char is smart, she would say no, since Persephone might not live to see morning. xD]]

"Yes, and absolutely yes. That girl needs to learn one way or another. I've tried everything, given her chances, and even begged her before. Nothing works. Pack justice is needed here, and she is certainly worthy of it," Char told him. Her eyes were hard and like slate. There was no pity in those eyes, only anger as well as violence.
