"If you want then go ahead," Jimmy chuckled as he leaned back.

"Well I was playing in the AHL team that the Wings work with. They send their players that are training down there and bring them up when they're short a few players. They finally needed me more last year and I got a spot on the team because I showed I was ready to make it in the NHL. Plus some people don't play a whole season because they get injured and can't play or they become a healthy scratch so another player can play," Darren said.

she sighed happily with a little laugh and curled up smal on his lap and rested her head on his chest

Jimmy gently kissed ther top of her head as he held her close to his chest.

she smiled and looked up at him just gazing into his eyes.

Jimmy smiled back at her as he looked into her eyes as well.

"i love you" she said softly not moving her gaze nor her position.

"I love you too," Jimmy replied as he continued to look down at her smiling.

she smiled brightly and closed her eyes. she stayed in the same posiotion but snuggled into him with a soft but happy sigh.

"That's pretty interesting," Kale said as she thought it over with a slight smile on her face. "But what does 'AHL' mean? I know NHL is National Hockey League but what's the 'A' stand for?" She questioned, trying to figure it out. Maybe Amateur Hockey League? She mused to herself.
