she looked at him with large eyes "jimmy apart from my fading wings my body is human. yet i still have my powers, human bodys can only take a limit of power before it damages them, and.... i.... it..... i may die jimmy" she said tears rolling down her cheeks but she cried silently

"What?! This can't be happening!" Jimmy shouted as he climbed to his feet. "You can't die on me," He said as the tears began to well up in his eyes.

"Aaw, well I heard the quickest way to a man's heart is through his stomach so let me see if I can make something good enough. Can I use your kitchen to cook? Please?" Kale asked with a slight laugh in her voice as she looked at him, smiling.

kiri stood up and held his shoulders "jimmy listen to me you have to stay calm" she said he voice wobbly "its a 20 to 80 percent chance but its still there. i still have 80 percent chance of living jimmy, we just have to take everything a step at a time." she said placing her hand on his cheeks trying to keep his gaze in hers.

"Go ahead. Use whatever's in that kitchen. I want to see what you can make," Darren said with a smile on his lips as he looked toward her.

Jimmy looked down at her. "This worries me Kiri. I don't want you to die nor do I want you to die," He said with a sigh as he tried to relax himself.

she ran her fingers through his hair "jimmy as long as i'm with you i shall b fine" she said

Kale grinned as she jumped up from the couch, "Great, thank you! I think you'll be surprised to find I'm not just some computer nerd/bookworm." She walked into the kitchen quickly, already a few recipes forming in her mind. I hope he has chicken in here, and won't mind left-overs. Her handswent to work naturally after she washed them, pulling out the nessecary ingredients from his fridge with a relaxed smile.

Jimmy gently kissed her cheek. "I hope that's true," He said trying to smile, but he couldn't.

Darren smiled. "Ok. You go have fun," He said before laying down on the couch and turning the tv on. "I'll just be lazy and watch tv," He added.
