Kiah frowned deeply. "You don't sound fine, Eztli." she murmured, taking a hesitant step towards her. "Can you please just calm down ? You're super scary when you're angry."

[Tala Lakota]

"Why should I calm down?" Eztli asked angrily, taking a step forward, but stopped when Cavan stepped between them. "Maybe I don't want to be calm, but hey, apparently what I want's never mattered."
"That's not true and you know it," Cavan said angrily.

Kiah frowned, touching Cavan's arm lightly. "Eztli, I know. I've never felt the way you are right now and I don't know if I ever will, but I just need you to calm down. Please. And, anyways. Cavan's totally right. It matters to me what you want, but I'm not completely in this. So, I can't really do anything." She shrugged. "The best I can do is to help you calm down. So, please, Eztli. Please."

[Tala Lakota]

Cavan looked worriedly down at Kiah as she spoke, he didn't want her to be there. He'd been almost killed a few times by Eztli before when she went into a rage and he couldn't handle that happening to Kiah. But his head snapped back to carefully watch Eztli when she growled, "No, no I won't calm down. I've only ever tried to help him, can't count the times I've risked my life for him, but he still goes back to the idiot who crushed him. I thought she didn't deserve him, but I guess he proved me wrong."

Kiah frowned. "Eztli, please. You're going to hurt yourself or someone else like this. This isn't how you really are. The Eztli we all know and love wouldn't be doing this. Think about it, please. You just need to relax and stop this." She said, sounding super duper worried now.

[Tala Lakota]

"Well then I guess you don't know me as well as you thought you did," Eztli snarled stepping forward again before Cavan pushed her back, making her stumble and growl violently. He'd already exhausted himself trying to reason with her but it hadn't done a thing, so he was just letting Kiah talk, and keeping them apart.

Kiah twitched again, starting to get irritated. So, she wasn't as good as the whole logic thing. Cavan was much better, so she should just skulk away with her tail between her legs right now. "Hm. You're right. I guess I don't know you that well." She whispered, watching Eztli very closely. "But, I know Sinka pretty well. You know, that insane creature that's made you all psycho and attacked your family countless times. Cavan has protected you from her for so long and now, you're going to turn around and do this. Rune has too. Your whole family has. And you.. can't even be happy for him when he's finally found someone he loves, after all those years of being alone. You can still go out there and find someone, but he probably only has Nene. No one ever really wanted to be with him for a long time, they just wanted him for.. You know, showing off at school or something. Well, and other things, but lets not go there. There's probably a million guys out there who want to be with you and can actually deal with being with you, but for Rune, there's only one girl. And that's Nene. So, for christ sake.. Just be happy for him, will you ?" She rambled, not really sure if what she was saying was helping or not.. Or even making sense.

Eztli froze for a moment, and Cavan smirked knowing Kiah was getting through but then the frowned when Eztli's voice got lower when she replied, "I was happy for him. I was glad to step aside. But you didn't see it, you weren't there when he cried because of what she did to him. I've always loved him and would've never even thought to hurt him. And as for me, there have only ever been two guys that have seen Sinka and not run away, and you got one of them. You got your happily ever after."

Kiah shrugged, uneffected. "And who's to say my happily ever after will last forever ?" she asked, quietly. She hated to say that, but it was the truth. Her and Cavan could have a fall out and not get back together. "Me and Cavan could split at any moment and not be as lucky as Nene and Rune. We could stay apart. The future isn't set. Not for anyone. Including you."
