"He's going to attack you.." Alex started to say, then she grinned. "I'll tell you if you let me come with you." She said, tilting her head at him slightly.

Crayon sighed.

[Choco]

Ketan didn't like this idea but nodded anyway. "Sure." He said, ruffling Alex's hair. "It's a done deal." He smiled, planning to make her go unconscious one way or another.

Lilly looked up at Crayon.

"And I have to be awake thorughout everything." Alex said, crossing her arms. "And I have to be able to fight.." She added quickly.

Crayon snapped his fingers. "Damn.."

[Choco]

Ketan nodded. "Fair deal." He said, letting go of her and glancing at Lilly. "Stay right here, Alex." He walked over to Lilly and Crayon and dropped his voice so Alex wouldn't hear him. "Can we tie her to a tree?" He asked them softly.

Lilly scowled at his words.

Crayon raised his eyebrows and cleared his throat. "I quote: 'And I have to be able to fight.' End quote." He said, tilting his head at Ketan. "So, no." He said, shrugging at them both. "You accepted the deal, there's no going back, Ketan. Just don't kill the guy.. Injure him badly. Easy."

Alex glared. "Crayon, I can hear you." She muttered.

Crayon jumped. "Oh, right. I forgot. We're being super-sneaky." He whispered, tugging on his hair.

[Choco]

Lilly flicked Crayon in the cheek. "Silly thing." She muttered teasingly before sliding out of his arms and onto the floor, happy to feel the ground under her feet. "She'll be able to fight, all right." She snickered quietly. "Anyway, we're vampires aren't we? We have got more power then Alex." She smiled smugly, putting a arm around Crayon's waist. "Don't be offended, Crayon, but we do have to lie a lot." She said, squeezing him softly.

Ketan snickered and crossed his arms. "Perfect. We can have a large vine wrapped around Alex's waist, but when something dangerous comes near her, it drags her back to the tree." He mumbled quietly.

Crayon shrugged. "I don't really care. I'm just trying to make it fair. Do what you want to her.. She's your girlfr-" He said, then stopped dead. "Don't do anything to her. That'd be too inappropriate. Just do your best to protect her at this previous moment." He said, wrapping an arm around Lilly's shoulder and resisting the urge to roll his eyes at himself.

Alex heard that as well and glared. "You guys fail at whispering, you know that?" She said, rolling her eyes. But she hadn't heard what Ketan and Lilly said, so it was all good.

[Choco]

Ketan nodded. "Yes, Alex, whatever you say." He said in a silky tone to her before nodding to Crayon. "We could try that.." He muttered under his breath, walking over to Alex and winking at her. "Lead the way, Alex." He said smugly, motioning for her to start walking.

Lilly smiled at Alex. "Come on. Lets go." She said happily, letting her hand fall to her side and inching closer to Crayon.

"Any questions?" Fintan asked.
Jayna pondered for a minute then asked, "How long did it take you to move up in ranks?"
"I moved faster than you will, but slower than most of the hunters being that I was human."
She nodded, "Well, I can't think of anything else at the moment. Can I call you if have any questions?"
Fintan shook his head, "I don't have a phone."
"What? Why not."
"Well, up until this weekend I couldn't talk and up until about a week ago my brother, who I spent all my time around was the only person I knew, so I had no need for one."
"Well, then you should get one now."
"Doubt it," he waved over his shoulder as he turned around, "Don't get yourself killed."
"Right, thanks." She turned and climbed back into the bed of her truck.

Amanda's orbs flashed as the girl got back into her truck, but she bit back her tongue. Fintan hadn't exactly made things clear. By the sound of it, the guy they had been talking about wasn't really friendly with females. That sexist thought was just too much, and Amanda gritted her teeth, grinding her fingernails into her sweaty palms inside her hoodie's sleeves. Great. Another man to kick in the painful place.
