Really, Nikki thought, I was just trying not to think them! Then she remembered that she was Kei, good at anything she set her mind too. Of course she was great at consealing these thoughts!

Austriana had to fake a caugh to hide her laughter. "Sorry." She said with no sign of scorn. "I must be geting an illness." She made shure she sounded apoligetlic.

"No," Nikki said, much too quickly. She didn't need anything from these beasts. It was't in her nature to show anyone other than a fellow Kei respect, and she surly wasnt about to start. Besides what would other Kei think, if she started hanging around with them? Naturally, Nikki's mind was purely thinking of herself, "No, I couldn't," she said, trying to sound less rude than before. She had been raised right, or at least how to behave right. As for what she thought... Well, it's not like we can always control what we think.
(( And I'm now logging off to watch SouthPark. I might be back afterward, but seriously don't wait up..., (It's not like I'm that important to the story anyway.) ))

((Hey, I got the banner! (YA!) Anyway, things don't seem to be moving so I guess I'll have Nikki do something..., Or, well bash something.))
Nikki took a step away from both creatures. She was still worried about their smell getting onto her. She would need to bathe in a spring after this. There was no way she could go around smelling like these small-minded beasts. Now if only they'd hurry up and stop talking. Then she could watch the elders destroy them, and then be on with her buisness of getting rid of the stink.

"It's all a matter of perspective. To me, you stink of death." Saea sighed. She marched off down the path to the city's gates.

Nikki glared at Shaea. She thought about slapping her for that. How dare that freak say that she stunk?
The only reason she didn't hit the beast was because she figured it could hear her thoughts anyway. To think before doing that would be stupid. Plus, controling herself was something those things probably couldn't do. The Kei were more evolved, it was time to act like it.
