Othello sadly waved to Sami as Down slowed to a jog and finally to a steady walk. He sat back into a sitting position and whispered, "Seems like I'm getting a lot more attention than needed. Let's go inside." Othello let Down walk straight from the outdoor arena into the indoor arena.

"Sure, even though I was planning on going on a all day trail ride." Alex said, tightening Dusty's girth, then mounting him.

Sami frowned. "What ever." She mumbled under her breath irritably. She shook her head, he had made a fatal mistake, he was going it the indoor arena, with the flirt, Jennings. She then turned to Alex, "We can do that instead. I mean if you want me to come." She said shyly, finishing off her girth, and mounting as well.

"I was gonna ask you to come, I want you to come." Alex said, trotting Dusty out of the barn and breathing in the crisp morning air, the birds were chirping, the dew still glistened on the grass.

Othello kicked Down into a jog and jogged around the arena. Down became irritated and began to rear up. Othello attempted to calm his stallion but Down wouldn't listen. Down reared up and galloped out of the indoor arena and into the barn. Othello quickly pushed himself off, falling to concrete. He quickly got up and stared at Down galloping away and cursed loudly. Othello let himself fall to his knees. He sighed and put his head in his hands, hoping that Down would come back, unharmed.

Down reached the mare's pasture and loudly whinnied at the closest mare, attempting to get her attention. He reared up angrily and snapped at the air furiously.

Wildflower watched them have trouble. She sighed. That horse was lucky, but he didn't know it. Oh how she wished it was her who was out there.
