Dangerous Love Afair(Creature/Romance/Battle rp)

Sam's eyes had been closed when Shane had stroked her face, for the pain she was now feeling was at a very high level and she couldn't talk anymore. Suddenly she heard people talking all around her and she felt herself being lifted up onto a stretcher.

The medics picked up the stretcher and some scientists were inspecting her as the medics carried her through the forest. The ambulance had not been able to make it through the forest. "She would be great for that project we were talking about last night." one of the scientists said to the other. "She would be wonderful!" he said happily and then the other one shushed him in case Sam was listening.

Sam woke up in an operating room, and her whole body was aching, although she did feel different. She looked at her skin and there was a sort of glow to it. Then she realized that she was strapped to the table and she groaned. A scientist walked over to her and patted her shoulder. "How are you feeling dear?" she asked while she was filling out a check up sheet.

Sam moaned again. "Why does my body ache so badly? And why does my skin have a glow to it?" she asked worriedly.

"Well since I think that you have a right to know, we did surgery on you." the woman said. "We have given you powers that you would not believe real, but there was a side effect after the surgery." then she quickly put on sunglasses and flashed something in Sam's eyes, trying to make her forget everything she had just been told. But Sam's knew powers blocked the flash from working.

The scientists quickly put her in a cage-like thing after unstrapping her and drove her to the edge of the forest, dropped her off and quickly drove away. They had forgotten to put a tracker on her, but were unaware of that fact.

Sam looked around and her skin was now radiating and vibrant in the light. She stared in awe at her skin, then walked into the forest slowly so that no humans could see her.

Shane had run far away from the medics. He couldn't be discovered, it would ruin everything for all the creatures here. maybe all over the world. He ran as fast as his inhuman speed could take him. He soon was so far away he had gone into a newer part of the forest, which he hadn't been in before. He stayed in that area worried about what had happened to her. Shane was unsure of how much time had passed since he had seen Sam. He missed her so much, he hoped she was okay. He wanted to go and find her but, he couldn't be discovered and he knew she wouldn't want that. He began wondering when or if he would ever see her again. He wondered how he'd act, he wondered if she had recovered fully.

Sam looked about in the forest and then had the urge to sing, remembering Shane. She started singing loudly to where people from miles and miles away could hear her now extremely gorgeous voice that went along perfectly with her beautiful new body. Sam had started singing a love song and her song and vocals echoed throughout the wide forests. All of the life in the forest stopped what they were doing to listen, as if she were a siren of the sea calling to the sailors of a boat.

Shane sat up to hear the sound of a woman's voice. The voice was incredible, he hadn't heard anything like it before. He had heard many different types of vocals of the centuries of his life. This one had been one of the best, he began to become curious to who it belonged to. He got up and began slowly walking towards the direction of the song.

Sam quickly stopped singing as she heard the movement of something. Her new powers had all been given to her mind but now she was extremely vulnerable and weak. She had incredible senses, she was able to conflict pain on anyone of her choice no matter what, pinpoint places where she heard something no matter how far away, and she was also able to give a person the illusion of being in a dream or happy place, but most important of all, she was practically immortal and capable of living forever. These powers to her mind and senses had caused a reaction in her skin, voice, and all of her physical appearances.

After hearing the movement towards her, her mind quickly pinpointed where the movement had come from and started walking in the direction of it swiftly.

Shane began walking quicker, curiosity taking over. He wondered who it could have been, he hadn't heard anything like it before in this area. As he became closer to where the singing had come from he heard what seemed to be footsteps. Who could it be? he asked himself. Shane stopped walking and waited for it to come to him. He was trying to figure out what it was before the person found him, if the person hadn't already.

Sam 'saw' him stop walking with her mind locating this person's every movement, then with her strong senses caught the sweet and familiar scent and started walking slowly and in a beautiful way towards him, but he couldn't see her yet. "Oh Shane.." she said out loud, her voice having been changed by the operation. Then she walked through the bushes, directly into a patch of sunlight without even knowing, and once again her skin was radiating and vibrant with her almost perfect glow.

"How do you know my name?" Shane said defensively. He hadn't heard the voice before. Shane wasn't sure if he should even trust this person. How do I know this person is on my side? he thought smugly to himself. He leaned against a near by tree awaiting the person's answer.

[Pooka.]

Sam shook her head. "Shane, it's me." she said and ran over to him. Sam threw her arms around him smiled at him lovingly. "It's me..." she repeated. "Sam."

Complete shock filled Shane. "Sam?" he said, not sure he quite believed it. She looked nothing like the Sam he had remembered. He wasn't even sure what to call her but, he knew she wasn't just human anymore.
