"Four....Not one...four..." Christine said in a now soft and tear choked voice, blinked back tears as the painful memory replayed over and over in her head.

"I know," his arms fell gently around her. "but it's ok, I'm here for you..."

Bobbi walked around the town wondering if there was anyone even outside. She sighed and continued walking. She never understood why she walked everywhere when she could just teleport, but she just did.

Cody walked through the town bored out of his mind. He countied his way when he felt saddness wash over him. Knowing it was his empathy kicking in, he headed towards where the feeling was the strongest.

Christine grabbed one of his wrists and dug her nails into his skin "I don't like to be hugged..." she snarled, fear and anger began to mix with the sorrow.

Lucas fought the pack of stray dogs for fun, the barks and growls and snarls could be heard echoeing through the alleys.

"I'm sorry," he said, moving his hands onto her shoulders, "you just need someone to care about you...."

Christine slowly turned to him and backed up, a deep sorrow in her eyes "I had turned my sister......and after her child had turned three....I had murdered her, though i wasn't myself at the time.." she admitted, not looking at him directly.

"it's ok," he rubbed her shoulders, "I'm here for you now..." he looked at her with the most gentlest eyes.

Christine jerked away from his hands "Sorry but...I don't want you to be..." she said and took a few steps back, guilt in her sorrowful eyes.

"why not?" he looked at her with sorrow, "is it because I'm a man or because I'm the reason why vampires even exist?"
