((OK, I'm kind of combining my two ideas. Gabriel has contacted Charlie about performing inception, and Charlie is seeking out a team))
Charlie paused when he reached a small cafe, wrapping his coat around them for as a slight defense against the cold. He peered in through the rain-slicked window, though he already knew that the person he was seeking was inside. His mind was drawn back to a particular phone conversation, several days ago now...

Charlie jumped in surprise when he mobile began ringing, the noise penetrating the silence of his room. He stared at the small object for a moment, unsure whether to answer it or not. As far as he knew, everyone who knew his mobile number was either dead or... no, in fact, they were all dead. Making up his mind, Charlie picked up the phone and held it to his ear.
"Hello, Mr Gallagher."
"Who is this?"
"I have a proposition for you."
"How did you get this number?"
"That isn't important. What is important is that I know what you are, Mr Gallagher, and what you do."
Charlie's face lost all color, his eyes going wide. "How-"
"Don't ask questions that you know won't be answered."
"What do you want, then? What's your 'proposition'."
"Inception, Mr Gallagher."
"... It's not possible."
"I know it's possible, Mr Gallagher. I also know you've done it."
"Maybe I did, but it was unsuccessful; the idea didn't take."
"But it is possible. I am a very rich man, Mr Gallagher, I can offer all the money you'll ever need. Perform Inception and you'll never have to work again."
Charlie paused, considering the offer; he hadn't worked in months, his supplies of money were starting to run dry. The offer was incredibly tempting, money aside. The possibility of inception had always fascinated him, and the chance to try it again, to maybe make it successful...
"I'll do it."

After that, the man had given Charlie details of the target, an important businessman by the name of Samuel Quint, and where he could be found. He'd given him the combination to a bank account that would contain all the money he would need for the operation and, of course, the idea. Now all Charlie had to do was set up a team capable of performing the task.
Entering the cafe, Charlie scanned the occupants for the one he was looking for. He spotted her and made his way over to the booth she was sitting in, sitting down opposite her.
"Erin Tikera." he said, leaning across the table. He'd heard of this girl from one of his previous contacts. It had taken a while to find her, but Charlie could find anyone once he set his mind to it.
