Arya was startled by Xander's hiss, her nerves already on edge from being around people she didn't know. She hadn't seen what made Xander upset until she turned her head to see the cigarette in Kuro's hand. Deciding it was probably better for her to stay out of the middle of things, she put her head against Xander's chest but her muscles tightened. She knew Kuro was pregnant and seeing the cigarette in her hand had infuriated her, though she chose to stay out of it.

"I'm smoking." Kuro said.

Oliver shook his head, "The more time I spend with them the more likely I'm going to be kicked out. Angels can't be with demons, Claire..."

[She~Wolf]

"Put it out unless you want to kill your baby" he hissed, trying not to get too angery. He held Arya against him for support and a tool to keep him calmer

"Well I'm with a demon..wait..angel?.." she asked, head cocked.

Arya could feel his anger which fueled her own but she bit it back, trying to keep her cool so she didn't snap. It wasn't her place to tell Kuro what to do though she wanted nothing more than to turn and snatch the cigarette from her hand.

Kuro growled, "Give it to me!"

Oliver nodded, "Shape shifting is my power. Not my kind."

[Malcasia]

"I know it's not my place to say, but its not fair to the child," Arya said quietly, refusing to hand the cigarette back. She put it out in the sink and threw it away, backing away from Kuro.

Kuro growled and sat in the corner.

Arya returned to Xander. She didn't know what else to say or do, but she knew that right then and there she probably ruined any chance at friendship with Kuro she might have had.

Kuro went to the freezer and pulled out some ice cream. She grabbed a spoon and ran to her room. She slammed the door behind her and locked it.

Xander hissed "Get back out here and give me any alchohol and or giggeretts you have before I come in there" he said,tencing up much more.
