1x1 RP me and ~Lotus~ ONLY!

Coraline gaped at Xander. "This isn't true.. I had my headphones on.. At most he could hear the feint sound and when he asked me to stop I turned it almost all the way down.. He got mad and slammed his hands on the desk and then yelled at the teacher for doing something wrong with monotones.."She said and crossed her arms over her chest but winced when it made the weird buzzing sound again, what was up with her mechanical arm lately?

Coraline looked at Xander and wanted to give him another kick, she knew she shouldn't but it was so tempting. ' This is my first time in trouble.. When I get out of here he will be singing Soprano.. Not to mention his great grandfathers 'batteries' will hurt!!!' She hissed in her head, she was usually to sweet to think of stuff like this but he had really made her mad by getting her in trouble. She turned to the Chairman and said, "Chairman, when was the last time you actually saw me in here or I got in trouble?" She really hoped she wouldn't get in to much trouble or have to be paired up on anything with this jerk.

Jamel raised an eyebrow at Lotus. "Aggressive for girl..."He muttered. "And don't worry about the nicknames.. I don't do nicknames after someone called me flame-boy and the human torch.. I almost got expelled for those.."Thing is he had almost killed the student who had called him that, he had despised nicknames with a fiery passion ever since.

Jamel looked at her and blinked the fire out of his eye and said, "The names Jamel.. "He leaned back and asked, "I've seen you around, you're not an ugly girl, why don't you seem to have any friends?"He watched her curiously, he had seen harder cases.. He had met one girl who hadn't talked to anyone in 5 years... Well that got taken care of by the end of the semester.. A smirk spread acoss his lips when he thought about that girl, what was her name? Sylvia? No, Silver? He was sure it started with an 'S.'

Xander knew that they both were lying somewhat. Then, the Chairman spoke. "I don't care who you are, you get sent to me, you must have done something wrong. I know this isn't fair, but you are both liars. I'm in a good mood, so now I'm going to let you pick your poison. Would you like to have your tongues tied, pants set on fire, or would you like to only tell the truth for two days?" The Chairman knew that this was harsh, but he would not tollerate anyone breaking any of his rules. They were his rules, and his teachers were hand picked by him. Nobody was going to defy him and get away with it. Something, though low level punishment must be made. "Ten...Nine...Eight.." The madman spun around in his chair with each count. This gave a whole new meaning to Chairman.

Xander shook his head, he didn't know what in the world he wanted to do. "I will choose telling the truth for two days." He knew that he usually told people what they did wrong, and how they were just being stuipid anyways, so why not all the time. Though, he usually just ignored the really stupid comments. Picking a fight with someone more skilled then him would be stupid, and he would just get another punishment. "Is that ok with you ?" He wondered what the Chairman was going to say to his pick. The option was a good thing, he wouldn't want his outfit on fire, and he wouldn't want his tongue tied...That would not be good, then he wouldn't be able to rant about anyone out loud.

Lotus didn't know what to say, he didn't seem stupid at least. "This is a school, it would be stupid if you thought you wouldn't have seen me around." Lotus didn't really care for his stories of his past. "...Oh, telling my I'm not ugly is a great thing to say to someone you just met Jamel. Be careful what you say, and what you do. You might not have that eye of yours by the time we get a grade."She didn't know what to do at the moment, it seemed awkward. Then, she didn't know how to answer the friend question. It seemed sort of out of place at the moment. "Friends?"

"Friends, I don't need. I don't have any because I don't need any, they don't come near me, people I mean. They think I'm scary, and strange. They don't know what I can do, they can't tell what I'm capable of." This wasn't really anything she could be penalized for telling. Nobody knew what she was, or who she was. "Undisclosed" was on her forms, and it seemed strange how nobody even asked. Lotus could have destroyed the school from the inside out, and they would just start wondering then. It seemed that Jamel, didn't really matter. He wasn't intimidated by her. This was a first, and Lotus hoped it would be a last. She didn't like other people, she couldn't trust them.

Coraline sighed and said "Truth, please." She looked sharply at Xander, if he asked her what she was then she would be forced to tell him the cyborg part as well. She never told anyone. Having her tongue tied wouldn't hurt for her because she had a mechanical tongue, it could still taste but it wasn't real. Her jaw, right leg, left arm, liver, heart, left side of brain, teeth, and tongue, were mechanical.

They became mechanical when she was attacked as a child and those things were ripped off or to damaged to fix. Her mother had gotten the pats and attached them while her father put a spell on them to make them grow like any normal body would. She remembered how devastated she was when she woke up from a coma to find herself a weird cyborg, it had taken years for her to get used to her body and new strength, then she had run away. It had been the middle of the night and she had gotten up, grabbed some cash and clothes, and ran.. She hadn't seen he family since and she wondered if they were still alive.

A shudder of pain ran through her un-mechanical spine and she forced herself not to shudder by gritting her metal teeth. None of her body looked mechanical, unless you caught her while she was fixing one of her mechanical parts or caught her on her malfunction times.

Jamel raised an eyebrow, "Touchy.."He muttered as he looked at her then saw what they were supposed to do. "Great.. Where as we supposed to legally get a dragons claw.. They sell those only on the black market or to people with ID's..."He muttered as he looked over the list. They were supposed to make a spell dragon that looks, felt, and sounded like a real dragon but wasn't real.

Jamel growled under his breath and said "I got the black market stuff if you can get the normal things.."It wasn't an in class project so they were able to go out to get things. He scanned over the list and tore it in half, were legal things went to illegal, and handed her the legal half, he knew he had better chance getting the illegal things. He once worked in the black market, that was were he lost the fire in his one eye when an orc decided he didn't give him the full mummies hand and hit his eye with a club. He rubbed his eye that couldn't make a flame and grumbled, remembering that night.

The Chairman smiled, and then something exploded underneath them. Glitter was flying in the smoky purple air, and it was not a good thing. Xander didn't know what else to do besides jump up out of the chair and shout. "Are you TRYING to KILL US HERE?" Then, he closed his mouth. It already started, this was not a good thing. Seeing their reactions put a smile on the Chairman's face. "Ok, ok, I admit...The effects were more for my pleasure. It's already been done." With that last statement, he pushed against the desk with his shoes. The motion sent him propelled backward, chair wheels rolling...No, wait they were flying? The Chairman had a flying chair? Things were just getting stranger, and stranger every moment.

Xander was already up, why shouldn't he just leave...The Chairman did, in a strange way. "Come one, I have had enough of that crazy clown for the month. It's not like there is any rush to get back to class though. Sitting next to you is going to be a drag." He didn't know why he was even...."Stupid spell.." Xander didn't tell somethings to others.. "You know your not all bad.." After saying this, Xander walked out and slammed the door. SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP!

Lotus was kind of annoyed at this boy. "What, you think I'm incapable of doing, or getting things from the black market? " It was true. Though she was part of the market, she wasn't supposed to go into the areas that sold things. If she was found there, it would arise suspicion, but Lotus didn't care. She never usually did care about what the organization told her to do. She would just defy it. "Ok, so dragons, I can do that. Spells, I'm not magic...Sorry to disappoint there bucko. Forming the dragon, we just need the skin, and lots of it. Horns and teeth would be hard to come-by, so we have to get through those also. I don't do spells, and I think even if we gathered all of these things we could have a 59% of certain failure. Then we would have to get double of everything. So, why not just go get a dragon, or make one ourselves?"

Lotus wasn't going to have any problem getting the normal stuff, if she had twenty minutes she could get it all. The black market things were going to be hard. "You can try your hand at spells, but I swear if you mess up and damage my grade I will end you." She didn't want her grades to drop, that would make suspicion rise. Staying low key was a big priority for her.

Coraline jumped up in shock when the glitter came. She gasped and looked at him when he said she was a drag, she was about to swat him with ehr mechanical arm when he said she wasn't all bad. She froze and hissed, "For what, a girl or a cyborg?" She covered her mouth instantly when she said she was a cyborg. "Forget what I just said.. It isn't important right now.." That was the truth, it wasn't important right NOW, maybe latter, but not now.

Coraline hissed to herself and covered her mouth with her hands so she wouldn't speak any more. She walked out behind Xander and bit down on her lips, growling under her breath. When she reached the class with Xander she frowned when she saw they were the only two without partners. "No no no! Tell me I don't have to work with this loud mouth, inconsiderate, hot-headed, jerk!!" She couldn't believe she had just said that all out loud. She quickly slapped a hand over her mouth and thought' why am I not sorry?'

Jamel raised an eyebrow and said "Where did you get that crap from? I just think I can find it better because I used to work down there, I have no intention of dropping your grade since I need to ace this to stay in school, and I know someone who will help us get some magic powder or something that will boost the chances of success at least 20%-30%. " He said looking at her.. She was a spiteful little broad.. 'What crawled up her *** and died?

Jamel watched her carefully and said "Besides.. Making one or getting a dragon would mean we would either get eaten, burned beyond compare, or arrested.. We are not allowed to have REAL dragons.. Only creatures who are out of school are.." He informed. He glared at her then asked, "Who said you could take me? All creatures, no matter what kind they are, if you stab them through the heart or cut off their head.. BOOM.. Dead.."

Xander smiled a bit. "I knew you couldn't possibly be all HUMAN." He then covered his mouth also. "Sorry, it's just, yeah..It's just uh..The stupid spell is like yeah." He didn't know what else to tell her. "You annoy me so much I hate you, I have only known you for about twenty minutes. Your stupid, and close minded." He bit the tip of his finger causing some blood to trickle down. His eyes turned red, and then he put his finger in his mouth. Stupid fangs, sharp fangs. I can't even.. He didn't know what to say, or do now. "Do you even have a name lady? Mine's Xander, and you best not get me in trouble ever again. I already have a perfect once a month streak. Because of you, I don't get to do something stupid this month."

The vampire was enraged at the girl...No, the cyborg. No wonder she said she couldn't be deaf. Xander's hair was in his face once again so he decided to brush it back again. Fixing things so that he looked perfect was a big part of his day. Things in Xander's possession were perfect, and crazy clean. Neatfreak styles were just sort of his thing. Nobody knew why a vampire of all creatures would be a neatreak.

Lotus didn't know what to say to him now that he was just throwing out crazy ideas. "Ok, I guess I can work with you. I'll get the normal crap, and you can take care of the black market stuff as long as I can come along. Understood?" The serious side of Lotus was really serious, and when it came to school she didn't joke around. Being an easygoing person, she never got to do that often, and wasn't about to show weakness to some boy named Jamel, who can make his eye catch on fire. "Making a dragon isn't.." Lotus stopped herself from continuing on. Sure she got someone fried, that wasn't her fault... They were the one stupid enough to stand right infront of the mouth.

The thought of killing anything by stabbing it in the heart, or cutting off it's head... "That's an interesting little philosophy you have there. You should find someone to test it out on sometime." Lotus smirked, and then turned away from Jamel, he was annoying her. His voice was giving her migraines, and she didn't know what his problem was.

"OH THATS IT!!!" Coraline said then used her robotic leg and gave him a big kick in the gut, knocking him on his butt. She put her foot down and hissed, "My names Coraline by the way.." She narrowed her eyes and looked down at him. She turned swiftly, her blue hair cracking like a whip.

She got her assignment. "Spell casting shouldn't be too hard.. Maybe I have something that will work.."She said to herself. She turned to Xander and said, "Almost no one is ALL human here.. And for the record.. straight A's don't count for being stupid.. " She retorted on the stupid comment then snapped, "And this is the FIRST time I have ever gotten in trouble so if you get in me in trouble again I will snap your neck and put a stake in your heart you ditsy little bat.." She had seen his eyes turn red so she figured he was more of a vampire then anything else.

She covered her mouth quickly, she had never spoken to anyone like that! She felt some guilt rising, but not a lot, and she frowned. She wasn't used to attacking or yelling at people and was really bad under pressure or guilt. She cringed when she thought the teacher had seen what she did but relaxed when she saw he hadn't.

Jamel rolled his eyes, she was so irritating!! "Fine, you can come along.. Just tell me you're not one of those ditsy chicks that screams when she gets dirt under her nails.." He said as he put the list in his pocket and walked to the computer and began to do research, on the school computer there was a creature version of the internet. He began to search for places to get the normal stuff and other materials they needed.

"As for the finding someone to test my philosophy on; I have.. it works every time.." Jamel said as he continued to search, for a delinquent he was quite good at actually doing work. He found things and put them on his USB. He finished his research and said "Its all yours.."

He moved from the computer and let her have her turn to see if she could find anything better then he already found. He highly doubted she would find anything better then he had already found but if she knew a special website then that was great, if not then they would just go with what he had found. He leaned against a desk and began to play with the blue flame on his eye.

Xander shot Coraline a dirty look. He was just attacked, but it didn't really do much. "Your not helping your own cause, just adding things to the long list." Walking back into take his seat, Xander noticed that most of those in class were gone. "Hm..Whatever I guess." There was some crazy class project going on. Xander didn't work with partners, he never did. Each team's assignment were different in ways.. "So I have to make a spell to turn something into a flower? FLOWER? REALLY FLOWER? That is the stupidest idea I have ever heard. In truth, it was. Why would someone do something like that? Flower? WHy not a weapon, or a cannon ball?

The Chairman was watching every hallway, classroom, closet, and really everything on the school property. He even set up survalence outside of the school. He was laughing at some things, and crying at others. For some reason, he could absorb all of this information without really looking at one screen at a time. That was just a strange thing, those things piled ontop of eachother would prove him to be creepy.

Xander looked at the things that he needed."Partner? No, you don't understand, I don't work with partners. I haven't ever, and plan not to." The teacher just looked down at him and then pointed to Coraline. "HER? No, I will not do anything with her! She already got me in enough trouble as it is."

Lotus smiled. "Oh you know me. Here come with me right now. We are ditching classes and coming to see something that will help with our little project. " Her smile, though still a smile, was not fitting of her personality. Her smile was like....A regular smile, you wouldn't know there was something seriously wrong with the girl. "Stop playing with your eye and come on." The girl knew that you weren't supposed to cut school, but people did..They didn't die. The only thing that happened to those students, they were brought back and escorted to the school.

Lotus already knew where they were going. She was going to the dragon cages to steal a dragon. Nobody would miss it. Until they noticed it was gone, but then if I left a little IOU note...That would be fine, and she wouldn't be breaking any rules. Things would go well, as long as Jamel behaved himself, and went along with what she did. "Where we are going is a secret, so tell anyone about this and.." The girl smirked. [b]"You'll be the next test subject of your 'philosophy'.
