Mark grumbled somethign under his breath as he walked through his neighborhood, on his way to the place he wished his mother hadn't applied him to. Wendbridge Highschool. He sighed and adjusted the binder and books he had gripped in one hand. It was a nice fall day. The sun was out and a nice breeze blew through the thin fabric on his light hoodie. He slowed down his pace when a old lady came out of a house in front of him to get the mail. "Goodmorning Ms.Kerall." He said waving. "On your way to school are you Mark?" She asked in reply waving back. "Yes I am." He said a little slowly. "Oh you'll survive." The old lady turned and walked back into her house. Mark grinned and shook his head slightly and continued on his way. He was almost there. Well at least he would try to make the best of today.

As Taylor arrived at school, she stood still for a moment, taking in a deep breath. She was new to the school but had made a few friends over the summer that would go to the same school as her. She smiled slightly as they walked up to her and said 'Good morning' before walking off. She went to her locker, opening it and grabbing a textbook

Mark was soon at the steps of the school and hurried up them. He walked quickly down the hall and to his locker he bumped past a girl "Sorry!" He said stopping at his locker that was three nlockers down from hers. "I was in a hurry, my bad." He apologized again and opened his locker, sliding in his books and taking out a different one.

Taylor felt a bump, turning to the person who said 'Sorry. She smiled, "It's alright! Don't worry" she said with a smile pushing her blonde bangs out of her eyes, revealing blue eyes. She grabbed her book, making sure she had a pencil, and an extra pencil before shutting her locker, she checked her phone, no new messages. With that, she slid her phone into her pocket.

Mark gave a friendly smile back shaking his dark chocolate colored hair out of his eyes. He grabbed a pencil from his binder, a sketch pad, and making sure he had the right class book, he shut his locker. He looked over at the girl with his light green eyes, "Uh, I'm Mark." He said holding out his free hand to her.

"I'm Taylor, nice to meet you" she said with a smile. She took her free hand and put it into his, shaking his hand lightly. "So, what class do you have first?" she asked with a friendly smile. She was just wearing a pair of capris, a plain t-shirt and a pair of converse, the typical.
