(that's the problem, he has no emotions. He has a very lame personality. If you ever watched Star trek he is kinda like a Vulcan.)

(Thanks, I'll try my best not too. Here is an example of him devoid of emotion:

William slowly nodded his head "I believe that is a good idea." he said, devoid of emotions. He continued, pointing at two other areas of the map. "That way we will be able to see nearly any attacks from any directions.
