Kimiko looked down, "Then I guess this is our goodbye..." she bit her bottom lip. Took a deep breath. Then she placed her hand on his cheek, pulling him towards her as she closed her eyes an gave him a soft kiss. She didn't want to pull away, but moments later she did. She then looked away blushing.

"Goodbye..." she whispered while tears began to fall as she slowly tries to close the door.

Kenji blushed from the kiss, but felt slightly disappointed that she was still leaving. "Please, don't." He muttered, grabbing her wrist gently. "Please...just stay. We don't have to be together, I just don't want to see you go off and never see you again." he said, puting his foot in the doorway.

Kimiko gasped as he grabbed her wrist. She looked at him surprised. "But it'll hurt even more to be so close to you but so far at the sometime...." she said with her voice breaking as she tries to holdthe tears. She slowly took her hand away from his and opened the door so his foot doesn't get tired. Her eyes fell back to the ground while she closed then, holding back the tears.

Kenji took a step closer to her, and hugged her. It was selfish of him to attempt to keep her here. "I'm sorry." He mumbled, his arms around Kimiko loosening. "I feel like your teasing me." He said, rubbing his watery eyes.

"Teasing you? If you think I'm playIng games then go ahead! But you're the one who played with my heart!" she shouted crying as she close the door and ran to her room. She plopped on the bed and cried. How could he say something like that? She wasn't the one who promised and never followed through. All he does is break her heart and she doesn't want to get broken anymore. Its too painful.

Kenji clenched his fists at his sides, letting out a sigh. He'd just lost the only person he'd truly loved, and felt nothing but grief. He frowned, urninf and walking into the yard. Once he it a few yards from the door, he collapsed onto the ground, and stared up at the sky, as if it held the answers to his problems.

While Kimiko was laying in her bed crying. She heard a thump. She looked out her window and saw Kenji. He fainted! She gasped and ran down the stairs. She bolted outthe door and at beside him, "Kenji?!??" she said worried and scared, then she saw he was stil conscious. "O-oh...sorry..." she said while she slowly got up.

Kenji turned his head, hearing Kimiko's voice. He slowly sat up, rubbing his head. He nodded, deciding not to speak, afraid he'd say something else offensive. He watched her, feeling his heart sink. Why did things have to be so screwed up? Why couldn't he just've decided to be more like he use to be then who is now?

"It's going to rain soon...so you should go inside before you get sick..." Kimiko walked inside her house and closed the door, but the door didn't close all the way, it was opened a little bit. Kimiko took the cup cakes out of the tray and began to eat one. She was depressed and she didn't have anymore baking ingredients so she's eating the cupcake.

Kenji stood up after a moment, and began to ease himself
towards her house. He quietly squeezed himself through the door, and stood in a corner. He felt like he was going to take up unwanted space, almost like a problem.
