"Nice to meet you, Rose." Keiran replied, glancing back to the girl and smiling. Then his gaze shifted back to the other girl, who seemed to still be trying to get farther from them. Curiosity overtook his sense and Keiran began to follow where the girl was heading, trying to stay hidden at least a little. Jaclyn glanced at the polar bears, then bounded off after her owner as quick as she could without slipping on the water rocks. 'She seems very flighty, doesn't she?' He thought as he climbed, careful not to fall again this time. When he got close enough to still be hidden and yet able to see the girl, Keiran stopped. 'Is she scared of me?' He wondered, thinking back just moments before. 'She had, after all, run off after catching sight of me. Or maybe she's just shy and would rather not we too close to others.'

She continued to watch the ships with interest. They seemed in such a hurry to see what and who they could save, they didn't seem to be looking for her at the moment. That was good, it gave her time to think, plan, and find someone to maybe accompany her while she tried to figure out what ever happened to the avatar, someone she could trust, who was just as against the war with the fire nation as she was. She stood and watched a moment more.

Keiran stayed very still, trying to be hidden, but not entirely sure that the shadows could mask the red of his clothes. 'Why couldn't I have been an earth-bender?' He thought, for just that moment wishing he was one. 'This would be so much easier.' Jaclyn, all of a sudden, seemed to ave gotten bored, and once again jumped out of her cover, staring at the girl with curiosity. "Jacie!" Keiran hissed quietly, backing further against the tree to keep from being seen, still not sure if he could be seen or not. But surely if the girl recognized the fox antelope, she'd know it was him.
((Ha, best things about animals. They are so unpredictable and randomly stop listening to you. And I just wanted to tell you guys that Veradana sort of quit, since she couldn't keep up and didn't want to have to tell you herself))

She jumped back slightly, maintaining her balance on the cliff's edge. "Whoa," she yelped. At this point she knew that person from before was there. "Call off your fox antelope thing," she squeaked, not really caring to be around generally wild animals. She looked behind her and hoped the distance between her and the fire nation ships kept her voice from reaching their ears.

Rose followed, her closely. With the polar bears following. "I don't like them that much." she said, glancing back at the polar bears.
