"A wizard? Really? I take offense to that," the Jedi said dryly. Noticing his mind trick wouldn't work Obi-Wan drew his Lightsaber and ignited it. His blue blade began its familiar humming which he hadn't heard for a while now and got ready in a defensive stance in case the Imperial Troopers wouldn't run off, but instead open fire. It had been sometime since he had fought any opponents and hoped that he still remembered enough Soresu to deflect the blaster bolts away.

[Tarn]

"A J-Jedi!" One trooper screamed, presumably one of the younger ones, Whoever it was took off kicking up a load of dust as he did so. A few troopers held their ground taking aim at the Jedi a few were shakier then others but continued non the less. The began to close around him, "You've got no where to go old man" Another trooper sneered poking his blaster in Obi-wan's direction. They had to stay strong or they'd be dealing with an angry sith lord instead.

Obi-Wan was surrounded by stormtroopers, all of which ready to strike. This is exactly where he needed to be, in the eye of the storm, the basic philosophy of Soresu. The cornered rat will bite the cat. "One last chance, leave now," he told them, sensing their over confidence.

[Tarn]

"I think it's you who should be leaving" One over zealous Trooper said poking his blaster to Obi-wan's chest ready to fire. Most of the other troopers stayed back but still held their aim. No old Jedi was going to keep them from the prize, especially when the far more deadly form of Vader was waiting for said prize.

"I really wish you would have went with the mind trick," Obi-Wan sighed. The old Jedi quickly sidestepped and pushed the Stormtrooper away with the force. Obi-Wan kept his Lightsaber raised incase of any other attacks and kept his eye on every trooper so he could counter their moves.

[Tarn]

The first few were pushed back with a blast of the force but more still continued to progress. Their blasters were live with red blasts in Obi-wan's direction. Clearly if a Jedi was protecting the child then he must be even more important then they had previously realized. This child must be a prize of some sort to receive such protection and they couldn't stop now!

Obi-Wan kept his light saber up, utilizing his signature defensive style he deflected the bolts away. An experienced Jedi would have known the maneuver as the circle of shelter, which worked well in his favor because the Stormtroopers had him surrounded and the certain skill created a near perfect defense. After he had wore them down he could concentrate on redirecting strikes towards the troopers.

[Tarn]

The Troopers were not strong enough to face a Jedi Master such as Kenobi and many were cut down by his first attacks. Still however many troopers continued to flow in and make a move on Obi-wan. There was a hail fire of blasts that were raining down on The Jedi yet he seemed to deflect them with ease, this caused the Troopers more then enough aggravation.

"I'm getting to old for this," Obi-Wan huffed as more bolts bounced harmlessly off his saber. One came near close to hitting him and by then, Obi-Wan decided to focus on redirecting the blasts to the troopers. All the while Luke watched the old Jedi quite fascinated by his skill. At this moment fantastic images flooded his head, if he was a Jedi master.
