Ryan marched to the house he figured was the big house because it was, well, big. He went in and said "Hello?!! I'm new!"

Aki looked up and grumbled something in Greek under her breath, probably a curse or something. A new camper, and a loud one at that. She sighed and stood up, putting her book down on the wooden table. "Would you mind not being so loud?" the daughter of Hephaestus mumbled under her breath to Ryan. "I'm Aki Hayashi, daughter of Hephaestus and camp director of Camp Half-Blood. I'm taking it that you're new."

"Ya. Sorry, I'm just scared and frustrated. Could you show me around or something?" Ryan said quietly.

Tanya gathered the small golden dragon when the rain started in, she noticed a new kid screaming from a few monsters and rolled her eyes. Overreacting much? She thought to herself and walked into the Hephaestus cabin, putting the golden dragon on a shelf by her ed with all her other completed trinkets. She looked around the cabin and sat on her bed. She pulled her sword from it's sheath on her belt and it immediatly flickered to life with flames before she set it in the case she had made and it looked liked a normal, celestial bronze sword again.

(Wow I'm slow at noticing things. Are you guys okay with having two Ryan's or would that just be confusing?)

"I'd expect that you'd ask that," the camp director commented with a sigh. "Yes, I will. This here, is the Big House. This is where all the meetings take place, where the oracle is, and where the camp directors usually are if you need to talk to them about something." She gestured towards the entrance, motioning him to follow her lead, and started out towards the camp.

Ryan followed. He might have been hallucinating but he couldve sworn he saw figures coming out of the ground. He shook his head and almost ran into Aki.

Aki took him to the cabins and everything else. She explained everything with detail, like she always did with new campers, and told him that he would need to wait in the Hermes' cabin until he was claimed. "I'm going to take a guess that you'll be claimed soon," she commented while making a bed. "Oh, and make sure to keep your belongings close to you unless you want them stolen."

"All I have is this stupid black sword" He muttered and threw it on the bed. The Stygian Iron seemed to glow for a second, then fade.

"Still, keep it. It will be your protection," the camp director replied while running a hand through her hair. It had been forever since she had been in the Hermes' cabin.
