[Korra's Left Foot]

Misty remained relaxed and didn't move while Rain carried her, so he wouldn't suspect anything. The same went for when he set her down against a rock back with Silver and James. Ohh why'd he have to pick them? As much as she wanted to frown, she stopped herself. Dragon boy wasn't very happy at all to see Misty again, she could tell by the way he questioned Rain. Talk of food and flapped was heard, so one of them had to have gone in search for more than just the purple bird Silver had.

The teenager watched amused as the bird skillfully caught the nut, but what amused him even more was when it failed using its beak, it kept dropping it on a rock until it cracked. "You've very smart for a bird," he chuckled. Indeed, this was one clever bird. He sure the bird wanted the nut, but for some reason, it dropped it into his lap. "Thanks, but are they edible?" For all he knew, and how smart the bird was, the nut could be poisonous and the bird just wanted an easy meal.

His crazy thoughts were pushed aside as the appearance of a human being. The person said nothing, which made the him unsure of what to do.

James wanted to shake the monkeys off of him but didn't want Rain to fall. Biting a monkey that tried to poke him, he held it tight, thinking it could be eaten later.

"Hi there!" Scarlet said "where are we ....?" he asked , looking around . He saw a boy with wings fly up , and pick something then fly back down " Uhhhh ....."

Ruyko shrugged, an odd looking motion on a bird, and tilted his head. He hadn't thought of the nuts maybe being poisonous. That could be bad. When he heard something approaching his head quickly turned, only to see another boy. Hm. Maybe he should try changing back...but he wasn't quite sure how. He flapped his wings, trying to think, but no ideas came to mind. So instead he flew to the boy he'd thrown the nut to and landed on his arm, letting out a loud 'caw!'. He'd have to get these two to find the others, then maybe he could figure this whole bird thing out.

I decided to ignore Rain and Misty for the moment, until my plucking was done. But I glanced at the fang-girl occasionally, wary of her. I wasn't sure what she was, but it was dangerous. I felt it. And she'd wanted my bird earlier. I glared at the pile of feathers that was still growing, but the bird was slowly starting to become naked. They'd just have to figure out how to start a fire. The creature was pretty big, they'd probably all be able to eat it and be full.

James let his body sink to the ground, dropping the monkey thing in front of Silver. Landing a few feet away he sat down, glaring at Misty.

Rain dropped down from james "So ...how do we cook without fire....?" he asked

I was considering how to get hold of fire when a six-legged thing fell in front of me. I yelped loud and fell backwards, sending purple feathers all over the place, as if they were a former pile of leaves a child had jumped in. I stared at the monkey thing, not sure what to do. I scrambled backwards a few feet, looking around for James.

From somewhere in the air she heard Rain shout that he found food. Hopefully not those orange fruits that dragon boy was throwing into the ocean, because if that's what he found, why wouldn't do any good. She opened her right eye, but only so much as a sliver just so she could she what was going on. Silver was plucking the bird, but was also watching at Misty. If she decided to try and escape again, Silver wouldn't do anything to stop her after seeing what she almost did earlier. Hopefully.

Rain looked occupied with dragon boy gathering food in the trees. Before she could make up her mind, the fliers returned to the ground. Misty expected fruit or nuts, but a really weird money was brought down instead. Her eyelashes covered her slit of an open eye, but to be on the safe side, she closed it completely.

If she had kept looking for another moment, she would have saw what startled the other girl, but now only their conversation would tell.

"I'm not really sure myself," he said with a frown. The bird decided it was a good idea to perch on his shoulder. Giving a throaty chuckle to said, "looks like I've made a new friend."
