Lucas listened to her talk intently, his eyes growing brighter as she mentioned liking him and then falling when she mentioned England. 'Oh no you don't' he thought to himself as she ran up the stairs. He grabbed his crutches and walked out to the stairs, looking at the butler. He gave him a pointer finger as if to say "hold on" and the proceeded to struggle his way up the large staircase. Tori was important enough to deal with a little pain.
With the parting of them, Lucas realized something. He needed her, needed her to be there and her to love him just as he loved her. if she moved to England he wouldn't know what he would do. He would probably never be the same. As he finally got up the stairs, he crutched over to her room and opened the door.
"You're not moving to England," he said, looking through the darkness to the bed. "You're staying right here with me." He took another hop forward and leaned his weight against the wall. "Come out of there and stop crying for no reason," he said, smiling a bit. He was so relieved that she had finally come out and said it, making the relationship thing much easier for him.
