A Forgotten Dream [1x1]

Tori walked to the courtyard. Then she noticed Lucas' starting to cry. She smiled as he gave her the flower. Then her head began to hurt, she fell down to her knees while she grasped her head in pain. Then she slowly opened them.

"W-were we here before? I can remember pushing you in a wheelchair coming here while I picked up a Rose." she said sitting beside him and wiping his tears. She held the tulip on her other hand and she smelled the tulip and smiled.

Lucas nodded as a small smile formed on his face. "Yeah, that was when I broke my leg and needed surgury," he said smiling, glad she kind of remembered. He leaned forward and carresed her cheek, his eyes growing lighter.

"It was one of my favorite memories of us," he said, leaning forward to kiss her cheek. Taking note of the flowers around him, he picked up a few carnations and make a cluster of them, planning to take them back in the hospital room.

Tori smiled while he caressed her cheek. She got up holding the tulip in her right hand while she tries to stay balanced with her wobbly body.

Then they get back to her room while she sits on her bed and smells the tulip. "I really like Tulip, but my favourite are roses and carnations." she said smiling while she took a sip of the water on her table. She picked at the hospital food and didn't bother with it any longer. Then she lays down on her bed and looks at the ceiling.

Lucas smiles and holds out the boquet of carnations he was holding behind his back. "Just for you, my love," he said cutely as he handed them to her and sat back down on the chair he slept in last night.

Looking around the room, he got a flood of memories from when he was in the hospital. It was all the same as when he was there for weeks on end. Looking back towards Tori, he smiled once more and grabbed her hand.

Victoria gasped with her eye brows raising in surprised, "F-for me? Awww they're lovely..." she said her voice trailing off while she admired the beautiful flowers. Then she placed it gently on her table side and hugged him tightly. "Thank you so much..." she whispered to his ear.

Then she slowly released their hug and went on her bed. She looked up at him and smiled, then he held her hand. She wasn't sure why, but she liked it.
