Lucas looked at the cuts on her arms and sighed in anger. Sandra has no right to beat her down like that."The next time I see her she's gonna get it," he said, looking to Tori in sadness.

He smiled a bit when she took his hand and gave him permission to go with his soccer buddies. He lifted up there intertwined hands and held them up to his chest. "This Is what I want, though," he said, motioning to his hand. He was going to spend his time with Tori weather she liked it or not.

Tori smiled at him and she felt so happy for what he said. But it would be nice if he thought about himself a little more than he thought about her. But the thought of him getting at Sandra displeased her. She looked down and shook her head.

"Please don't.....I don't wantto cause even more trouble between us..." she then looked down to the ground and closed her eyes.

The grandfather clock stroke 10. It was getting late and they has school tomorrow. Tori stood up and helped Lucas up, "Want me to drop you off? Or do you wish to stay the night?" she smiled offerring. He didn't have to but she suggested it anyways.

Lucas smiled and contemplated the decision for a moment."could I stay the night? I mean if its alright with you?" He asked. Lucas wanted to stay close to Tori, the feeling of her being away killed him inside. He stood up and grabbed his crutch with his free hand, still holding Tori's hand tight.

"I love you, Victoria," he said as he stood and looked into her eyes. They melted him inside like none other, and he could say trapped in them forever.

Victoria smiled at his decision. She held his hand a little tighter as she helped him up.

"I'd love for you to stay." Tori looked deeply into his green eyes. It drew her in like a moth and bright lights. Her eyes fluttered in shock as he said those three words. Tori looked down embarrassed and smiled as she brushed her hair behind her ear. "I love you to Lucas." she looked up as him as she leaned in, about to kiss his lips but she smiled and aimed for his forehead. She thought it would be nice to keep him on his toes once in a while. Tori giggled at her little tease as she helped him up to her bedroom.

Turning in the light, she sat Lucas down on the bed and leaned his crutch on the wall. She was still holding his hand, but she slowly let them go, but their fingertips were still touching as she tried to make her way to her closet. She needed to change. Tori went inside her closet and immediately changed. She came out of the closet wearing a green tank top and White pajamas shorts with green dots. Though it showed her cuts, she slowly walked over to the bed and sat beside Lucas. Her cheeks were very red, feeling embarrassed. Her short brown curls framed her pale skin beautifully with her plum lips pursed out. Her long eye lashes fanned around her green eyes as she looks at Lucas embarrassed.

Lucas smiled as she emerged and sat down, looking over to her. "What are you embarrassed of, love?" He asked, smiling as he took in every detail of her face. He wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her against him. He took his other hand and touched her face with it, turning her head towards him. He kissed her forehead, then down to her nose..He paused for a moment and the moved to her lips, then.to her chin. He went back up to her lips, hovering a centimeters away from her. Two could play at the teasing game, he thought.

Tori closed her eyes, feeling his warm lips travel across her face. She slowly opened then, she could feel his lips centimeters away from hers as she blushed and buddies her face on his chest. She wrapped her arms around his chest gently as she smiled. "We better get some rest, sweetie. I don't want youtoo tired." she smiled and kissed his lips as she pulled away and laid down beside him. She grasped his hand as she slowly slept peacefully. Her brown curls sprawled on the soft pillow as she slowly fell asleep. The cuts on her arms and legs were pinkish and sone were even red from the blood, but somehow shes forgotten about them just by being with Lucas.

Lucas fell asleep with Tori right beside him, enjoying every second of her presence next to him. He would be able to sleep soundly every night if it was like this. Being with Tori allowed him to relax to a place like none other.

The next morning, Lucas woke up and kissed Tori's lips to awake her. He smiled and said,"Good morning love." He got up from the bed and wanted to give her a hug, so he outstreched his arms for her. "Ready for school?" he asked cheerfully.

Victoria slowly woke up as she felt something touch her lips. She slowly rubbed her eyes open while sitting up on the bed. When he eyes finally opened, the first thing she saw was Lucas. It made her smile as she accepted his hugs and leaned over as she wrapped her arms around his torso. Her eyes were closed as she felt his warm body pressed against hers. Then she slowly let go and got up. The maid entered the room and dropped off a breakfast tray and rested it on the foot of her bed. "Thank you." Tori said smiling at the maid as she left. Tori took the tray of food and placed it on Lucas' lap as she sat in front of him.

"Mmmhh, smells good." she smiled and grabbed the toasted bread and spreaded some cream cheese on it. She then placed the butter knife down and began to eat. "Eat up, you need it more than I do." she smiled and continued to eat. Her wounds on her and legs were still visible and painful, but she didn't remind Lucas because she hated making him so worried about her.

After they finished eating, Tori changed into some dark skinny jeans and a cute floral top as she wore brown boots. She then walked Lucas over to the car and drove them to school.

Then she got out of the car and helped Lucas as she goes inside school. "Well, my class is upstairs and I don't want you to strain yourself so I'll be heading out first." she smiled at him. She was carrying some of her stuff in her arms on her chest while the rest are inside her bag. She didn't wantto ditch Lucas but it was better if people didn't see him hangin out with such a loser like her. Or have them find out that the soccer team captain is dating a nobody. So it was best if she just avoided mishaps. Tori hugged Lucas goodbye and walked over to the stairs.

As Tori hugged him, Lucas leand down and kissed the top of her head. "Bye, love," he said as he smiled and watched her walk up the stairs. He made his way over to his first class and sat down in his regular seat. He waited for the bell to ring and the teacher to walk in. Lucas couldn't wait to second period, which he had with Tori.

After the class, the bell rang and he made his way up the stairs to go to his next class. He met up with Tori in the hallway and grabbed her hand and interlaced her fingers with his. He smiled as he said, "How was first period?" Lucas smiled still, loving to be around Tori.

Tori smiled as he kissed thetop of her head as she walks to first period. Class was boring and she didn't really like anyone in this class. It was a horrible start for the day. The final bell rang and Tori got up and took her bag. She slung it over her shoulder and left the classroom. She made her way to 2nd period and to her surprise, Lucas caught up to her and held her hand. She blushed and slowly let go.

She didn't want people to see Lucas with someone like her. His popularity might decrease and he might get kicked off of being the team captain. As Tori walked beside Lucas, she noticed many girls waving and winking at him. She's never noticed this until now and it makes her a little bit upset, but she just looked away and walked faster to 2nd period.

Their 2nd period was a language and it wasn't that important. Tori's thinking of skipping so that Lucas won't be see. Around her. Her pace grew faster than Lucas' as she became ahead of him. She might just skip language and sits in the rooftop and wait till 3rd period.
