Your people can fall in love with someone from another game/book/movie.
You can't use your own made up game/movie/book characters.
You can only transport to worlds that there is a person that is joined, at. Like, say there are people from Middle Earth, Spira, and New York. You cannot go to Hyrule being no characters from there is on the RP.
You can be anyone from any game/book/movie as long as it's not taken.
You don't have to have good grammar or anything, but don't talk in text talk. And please use punctuation. "she walked to where he was standing "hi" she said she then looked around as she heard a noise "what was that" she said." Hard to understand, right? That's why that's a big no-no on here.
And please don't get into extreme drama right in the beginning. I know that's the best way to get some guy/girl to like your character, but let's not have a pity party.
Fighting is more than welcome, but keep it PG-13.
If you're speaking out of character, please use any of these [{()}] or OOC and BIC. You can think of your own creative ideas for using OOC too, like I have seen some people do \\ ...\\ or something like that.
No fights in OOC. If you are really rude or just a jerk to people in OOC, that's an instant ban from the RP. If you're just not nice to them, you'll get a warning, and if you do it again, you're banned from the RP. If you have a score to settle with a person in OOC, PM each other, and save us from your squabbling.
Keep everything PG-13. Swear words you can use, just *** out bad ones like F*** or B****.
Erase everything in parentheses in the form please to confirm you read the rules. If you need to put something in parentheses when making the form, that's fine.
Unlimited charries. Just don't lose track of them.

He loved Dr. Lucrecia Crescent, who saved him after he had been shot by implanting in his body the lethal weapon, Chaos, and the protomateria with which to control Chaos. Vincent is a former Turk gunman who was experimented on by Hojo approximately thirty years before the start of the game, and consequently failed to age and developed superhuman abilities and characteristics. Weapon: His staff. Also he has sacred sutras that can repel most demons. And of course, his wind tunnel.
Abilities: The wind tunnel in his hand. It's a curse from a demon named Naraku, and if he uses it too much, he'll eventually be consumed by it. If you're wondering what the wind tunnel is, he uses it to suck up stuff. Like a vacuum.
