Alex tumbled out of bed as she heard her alarm clock ring. She slammed down on the off button and sighed thankfully as it stopped. She stood up and walked over to her mirror. "oh sh*t!" she said looking at her hair. It was bed-head look to put it nicely but it really looked as if she had been dragged through 5 hedges backwards with thorns in and then done it again.She stepped into her bathroom and turned on the shower. Five minutes later her hair was combed, straightened and silky.She smiled and stepped into some River Island skinny jeans and a off-the-shoulder grey top.
She skipped down the stairs and into the wide open-plan kitchen. Out of the fridge she grabbed the milk-carton and drank from it. She finished and wiped her mouth on her sleeve. That done she put it back and walked lazily into the living room. She flicked through the channels on her plasma screen and finally came to stop on cartoon network.

Toni dived in the pool and surfaced smiling. it was only 7o'clock but she had woken up at 6 and decided to go for a swim. Now she did laps of the pool, doing medleys as well. She heard footsteps and looked up to see her twin standing by the edge of the pool carrying a bowl filled with rice krispies. "could of got me some!" Toni grinned swimming over to the edge and pulling herself out. "nah, cba!" was he reply as her sister chucked her a towel. "thanks"she stood up and wrapped it round her slim body. "I'm gonna get changed and then go walk Jasper" she told her sister before going inside.

"OK, but remember the bags this time!" Charli shouted after her and lay down on a sun lounger and finished off her breakfast. When she was done she went inside and put it in the sink. Then she went to her room and changed into a baggy white beach dress. She went out onto the balcony with a book and sat on her hammock reading.

Rick checked his pulse and wrapped a towel over his shoulders. he was sweating and his muscles rippled as he walked in his trunks back around the pool and too his house. He had been in the gym working out for 2 hours and now he grabbed some refreshing orange juice and gulped it down. He squeezed the sweat from the towel and chucked it in the laundry basket as he headed upstairs. He changed into some jeans and a polo t-shirt and went downstairs and logged onto facebook.
