Euna saw a silver parachute and was surprised. They were still letting gifts in? She grabbed it quickly, as if afraid if would poof into smoke. She realized it was a sword. She slipped the sword, complete with a sheath, into her belt, then tried to draw it dramatically, but instead it clammered onto the ground. Euna picked it up. 2 feet of metal so silver it was blinding. The handle was wraped in leather, and the sheath had designs on it. Flowers, amethysts, horses running. Home. Euna put the sword carefully back in the thin, leathered coated inside of the sheath, and drew her spear, attacking with much more feriousicty them before. This was for Posey. For her mother. For him. For her father. For her home.

Time seemed to slow down. Chad still had his 'protection' on him, and he still couldn't feel his right arm. He looked up to the sky, wondering if he was going to die. As he was looking, a silver parachute gentley floated down, as if the fight around him wasn't going on. It floated down right next to right arm and he moaned in frustration.

Ali whirred around, drawing her knife with one hand, flinging it at an on coming creature, killing it. She danced away from something else, with a small smile. This was what she lived for. She glanced around for Chad as there was a halt in the battle, and spotted him on the ground. Terror struck her, and she ran towards him, slicing the Zebra-fish that was attacking him with as much ferocity as she could muster. It was a lot since she cut the thing's head right off. "Chad!" she yelled in horror dropping down next to him.

Ruth twisted away from an attack and killed the beast with a slice of her fan. She paused, panting and pulled the tablet. They were close, oh so close to the force field, she could just feel it in the air.
