Power of the Indigo (One x One with Ciux and Minimetoo)

There's a handful people who are different then the rest. They are special, enhanced, more evolved than the others. These people are called Indigoes. They have powers of all sorts. They used to live happily and blend with the others until an organization called the Black Cloaks was formed. The Black Cloaks saught to rid of the people with these special abilities. The next generation of superhumans were forced into silence and lived lives of solitude. Mythical creatures still live on in their small world, but, as the Indigoes were, they were hunted down and killed into they were near extinct. Now these creatures partner up with the Indigoes and live alongside them.

"What is it?" Sunnie knelt down over the side of the cliff and stared down at her gryphon. He was perched on a pointed rock stick out towards the valley. His deep hazel eyes were focused on the incoming riders on their partners. There were several of them, each mounted on dragons, Pegasus, and large birds. "Get inside." The girl said suddenly, backing away into her little cave inside the side of the mountain. Duke, the gryphon, quickly leapt up and followed his master. They sat at the mouth of the cave, both watching the scene before them unfold. One by one, the riders began to fall, some being slammed into by cannonballs and others shot at by arrows. With a sigh, the young Indigo child leaned against her partner, shaking her head. "Black Coats." She muttered under her breath. A few of the Indigoes landed against the side of the cliff and into holes, hoping to get away as fast as they could with their partners.

[Ciux]

Uugghhh!!!! Jason yelled as an arrow zoomed by and barely missed him but still scraping his shoulder. He was riding on his phoenix solaria, in the middle of a giant frop of mythical beasts and indigoes trying to escape the forces of the black cloaks. He could tell solaria was worried about him and decided this was enough. "Fine! U think im a hazard to humans?! Well ill give you what you want!!" Seph shouted, befor yelling "fire ball melee!". At that moment, solaria sent 15 fireballs hurdling at the black cloak forces. He took dow 3 ships and damages 5 others. In thar small distraction he yeled "solar transportation!" And him and his phoenix lit up very bright and dissapeared into the sunlight. He had traveled through sunlight to behind a nearby rock. Once there he said "rejoin" and his phoenix went inside him. He noticed a cave opening about 200 yards away. He ran over and went in.

[Minimetoo]

Sunnie winced slightly at the sudden brightsness of the flames being hurled down below. Duke stepped forward, small pulses of electricity radiating off his coat. "No, Duke." She said quietly, pushing his beak back as she stepped forward to meet to Indigo coming into her territory. "You know, it's not very smart to attract so much attention." She cracked a small smile and looked down at the valley below. The black cloaks obviously took a hit. She took a few steps towards the edge and, just when she turned, a dragon jumped down and pinned her to the ground. There was a boy on the dragon, looking a little younger than the two other Indigoes. Duke let out a piercing eagle-like cry and knocked the dragon off his master before helping her up. The dragon quickly regained its balance and looked towards the gryphon, her pale blue eyes matching those of her master. She had light blue scales all over and two mighty horns on her head. "You made it!" The boy spread his arms out and grinned down at the two. Sunnie scowled at the boy and dusted herself off. Duke stood protectively infront of his partner, his eyes narrowed. "Are you the last?" She asked coldly. "Seems like it." The boy replied, sighing. Sunnie nodded in understand and looked towards Blaze. "We should get out of here."

[Ciux]

Blaze said "Yeah, we sh-" and suddenly stopped mid sentence. He sniffed the air, then his eyes got wide with alarm. "Feather protector!" He yelled, and his Phoenix came out of him. At that moment his Phoenix glowed red and a shield encompased the cave mouth and surrounded all three of the kids. A second later, a giant energy ball hit the shield. After the shock faded, the shield immediately went down and blaze yelles out "fire disaster!" And giant flames came spewing out of the Phoenix's mouth. It hit all three black cloke tanks at the bottom of the cliff. Ok, thats it." Blaze said, and said "hazy escape" and the Phoenix sprayed thick smoke every where. "Hurry" he yelled to the other two, and jumped on his phoenix. "Comet escape, weak" he said and flew off at 350 mph.

Sunnie turned sharply towards the whistling sound piercing through the air. She closed her eyes as it hit the shield and gritted her teeth. "Take to the sky!" She jumped up and Duke quickly flew under her, catching her, then flew off into the sky. Duke let out a cry and a strike of lightning fell from the sky and crashed into a group of men, all wearing black suits, as they attempted to climb up the mountain. Sunnie leaned closer to her gryphon and lightly ruffled his fur. "Super sonic. Loud and proud." Duke gave a slight nod at her words before quickly piercing the air, a loud whine sounding from their speed. The whine grew loaded until there was a loud bang. They had broken the sound barrier. Duke continued at this speed until the sounds of explosions and yelling could no longer be heard. Sunnie leaned against her partner, sighing, before patting his side. "To the ground." The gryphon did as he was told and lowered himself slowly to the ground. Sunnie jumped off and looked around, her eyes stopping on the blue shape coming closer to her. The boy with the dragon landed and the dragon was quickly absorbed into him. "That was awesome! Did you see the size of that energy ball? That was amazing." The boy repeated, his body slumping against a tree. He looked around, smiling as he tried to watch for the other boy.

[Ciux]

Blaze was approaching from the opposite side "hey, i thouggt we were gonna go further, so i went firther. Luckily i found a little island with lush vegetation that can hold us while we plan a strategy. But first well have to stay the night while we recharge the little power we used. So ill go get the fire wood. Blaze turned toward the trees and flicked his right hand. Two trees fell and chopped into 20 chunks each. 3 levetated over, and jason touched them and they burst into flame. He glared at them and the fire grew. Then he swushed again and a bed made of sticks and leaves and vines formed. Good night.
