"H-hi, my name is Samantha, but I'm usually just called Sammy. I- err- I woke here just outside the gates. Can someone explain?" Sammy said, or rather asked. She sat on a nearby rock and looked down at her tail. She still couldn't believe it.

Christine looked at Samantha. "I have no idea. It happened to me too."

"Aah, DANG it! I really wanna know!" Sammy cursed. She hated feeling left out of the loop.

"I think princess Katrina can tell us, right?" She asked the princess.

[MagicGirl]

"All right, here’s the long story short. For the last few months, a black fog has been showing up under the sea. Every time it appears it changes things; from plants that are turned black and ruined, to animals and merpeople getting seriously ill," I crossed my arms and continued. "To merpeople being turned evil. And it's all because of the Wizard." I then looked at the rest. “No one knows who he is other then he’s a mermen who always wears black and has amazing power. But we know he’s been doing the fog damage because he sent us a note.” I pulled the note out of my pocket and handed it to Princess Araxia. “The note says that he’s going to cause havoc and disaster for everyone under the sea and then the land above and soon. So my mother thought of a plan; to find people, human and/or mermaid, to help find the wizard and stop him before he makes things worse. So she along with another wizard, a good one, used their magic to find the most capable, magical, people to help and then they sent guards to invite them to help us.”
“Yeah, by knocking us out.” I said. “My head still hurts.”

Sammy sat silently. She was still trying to process all this information. She had often wished for excitement in her life, but never expected this to happen! It was a lot to absorb at once.

[MagicGirl]

I noticed Sammys face and spoke to everyone. "I know this is a lot to take in, but don't worry. The chose is up to you. If you would rather go home and forget about this, no one would think bad of you. But if you'd like to help up, then I'll do everything in my power to help."

I thought about it then spoke looking up. "I'll stay. It's not like I have anything better to do back home." I then looked back to the rest and gave smile. "It's not everyday you get the chance to be a mermaid; or beat bad boy behind."

Sammy nodded, she wanted adventure, and she had gotten it. She was quite handy with a weapon, so she'd be good in a war. "I'm staying, I guess this is what you get when wishing for adventure."

"I know, right? Next time i wish on a star, I'll be more in detail on the adventure. But at lest this is cool, being mermaids." Then a thought of what my sister once said made me giggle. "And not something weird, like vampires or zombies or something."
