((As I stated before, the reward number of souls doesn't reflect the number of enemies, rather the strength of the soul(s) you'll be collecting. In CR2, there is one enemy, the troll, who's soul constitutes 10 kishin eggs in 1. I mean, c'mon, if we made it like 1 soul per mission, we'd be up in the 1000's in pages before anyone got Death Scythe. Bleh, at this rate it won't be til p. 500, if the RP lasts that long anyway. >.>))
((Oh, and Nagisa is accepted. Student spots filled yet again.

So that really was it, huh? Sally tilted her head, lopsided grin making her seem a little incredulous of what Shiki was telling her.
"Heh, yeah, okay. Just don't try too hard to pay me back now, or I might end up having to piece you two back together again..." The thought of a human puzzle in that manner was akin to a fantasy. 'Which organs go where?' 'Which finger is this?' 'Is that part of a brain?' 'Oops, that limb doesn't go there!' She shook her head to ward off the delightfully intoxicating thoughts. Not the time to think of... crazy things. She blinked at Shiki, remembering something that had caught her mind before.
"Ehm... How, exactly, did Teirra... Notice that enemy, you think?" She wondered, figuring that Shiki could have a little insight to any peculiarities that Teirra had, since they were partners and all. A rather (in)direct source of information?

Aaron's breath shortened for a moment while Teirra called him the 'best', even if it was true, and gave him a short hug. He took a breather, glancing at Shiki and Sally off to the side. His eyes trailed back to Teirra as she asked about Patti.
"Hm... I guess so. It would be the true end to our mission, I suppose, being 'officially' completed that is." He'd put a fist to his chin thoughtfully.

Alba's teeth ground again. She didn't want to have some little booster like a resonance to kill a witch. Plus, it jeopardized her cover. Having souls so connected in that case could reveal impurities in her Soul Protect, and if Veiz was even half as smart as she took him for, he would notice such unusual flaws.
"No! Not yet! We can do this without--" The witch went on the offensive, dashing forward and slashing her monstrous claws through the ground right where Alba had been a moment before.
"Rrgh, I won't give in!" It was almost a matter of pride to her, on one hand being beaten by a witch and on the other using something like resonance in order to win. The witch appeared rather suddenly in front of her in a flicker, between Alba and the defensively positioned scythe blade. The claw shot towards her eyes, and, in a moment of fury, the meister caught that nightmare hand by the wrist. She jerked the arm toward her and slammed her knee into the witch's stomach. She let go of the wrist and shoved the woman back, twisting her scythe to free it and bring it around to her enemy's neck. Another flicker, but she just stepped back, blood still flaying out from a minor cut.
"Growl Granther Prowl, Shadow Pierce!" The darkness of the room went denser at the sound of a spell, and collected near the witch's side in the form of a spear, launching itself at Alba like a laser. It clipped her side despite her effort to move.
"Agh!" She stumbled to the right, clutching her left side and scowling at the woman.
"Fine, if she wants to use cheap tricks... Let's give her hell!" She focused herself, knowing she would easily catch and match Veiz's wavelength to initiate the resonance. Maybe this would be their ace in the hole that really opened the witch's weakness.
