Davonte thought it pointless to ask questions and then leave without an answer, so he said nothing. He waited for Ry to return with his little horse, hoping that they had not been caught and executed by any restless villagers.

It would seem that Davonte and the group had not made very good progress, and the voyage to Deire Village would take longer than expected.

Deziray apoligized for everything and stood with Davonte. She leaned on Dremah and side-glanced at Davonte. Her feelings grew for him every time she saw him.

Ry approached the spot where Davonte was standing, she was leading the little horse who managed to ride to Gypsr and back without falling down dead on its feet from exaustion. "He's a good horse" She said meekly, feeling embarrassed for having to borrow him. "Have you got my cart ot=r shall i get it now?" She asked him as she lifted Cass off Nishca.

She noticed the tragic, love stricken face of Dez; she felt sorry for the girl as Davonte clearly didnt seem to return them... ♥

Tarquin kept quiet amongst the group. How had thing gotten so mixed up? He didn't want to be involved in this bloody war anymore than he and Davonte already were. He fingered the silk pouch. It was heavy, enough money filling it to supply him and his brother for a good month. He sighed heavily and replaced the pouch into Mercy's saddlebag. The mare nudged him knowingly.

Ry turned to Tarquin, "So what are we doing with the money then? i mean what do we need supply wise? cause i need to know if we need a bigger cart" She asked, thinking back to bad tempered Jonah. "What's our plan also... i like having plans..." she said the last bit in a smaller voice, balancing the blind six year old on her hip and looking for a moment much older than she actually was. ♥

Davonte took the reins from his clearly exhausted horse. Sweat foamed around his chest and clung to him just about every where else. Nischa was hot and sticky to the touch, and steam rose off of him in the chilly night air. Davonte did not look too pleased, but he said nothing as he watched Ry hold the small child. "Where is this cart you speak of?" He asked Ry, all the while walking away with Nischa. He needed to walk the heat out of him, so it was a perfect excuse to keep going. "We won't be needing all of those deer. Just bring the small one. We'll be taken care of from now on, so we won't need to store it. A nice present for the wolves, you could say."

So if this post is off a bit its only because my last post was like in page....18 or something ))

Tara looked up at the sky over head. "We have a few more hours till dark," She said bitterly. "But if we leave soon we can get to the village before dark." She looked over at the small boy in Ry's arms, and frowned. She under stood Ry's want to keep if safe, but wondered if bringing him was the best idea. Hearing Davonte's comment, she smiled bitterly. "Before the rebels showed up, I had been wishing it wasn't a wolf in the woods." She sighed. "Now I wish i had been a wolf." Tara ran a hand through her shot blond hair. "Well we better get a move on..."

"Well, food would be a major thing," Tarquin replied to Ry quietly. "More weapons." He shrugged. "That kind of thing." Tarquin went to the group of deer and slung the smallest onto Mercy's back behind the saddle. He tied it with bits of rope from his saddlebags and looked at the others. After a moment, he picked up another one and tied it with the first. "Mercy can carry this much, so we might as well try to sell it. See if we can't make something from it. And yes, I agree with Tara. We should get going." Tarquin walked beside the big mare in favor of riding her and putting more unnecessary weight on her back.
