Darren smiled and begun to drift asleep

Bryn smiled and stayed awake. She had relaxed a bit. But she was worried about Darren.

Darren fell into a deep sleep, a happy smile on his face.

Bryn gently touched his face as the sun came in through the window. She gently moved him so he wouldn't be in his path. Maybe that was the best plan for now. She watched him with a soft smile.

Darren was sleeping peacefully, his chest rising and falling slowly with each breath he took.

Bryn kissed his cheek and slowly got up, putting her hair up. She looked around and saw something. She gasped since she almost forgot about it.

Bryn looked at him, wanting him to rest. But she didn't want to leave with him panicking. Bryn gently tapped his shoulder. "Darren..."

Darren opened his eyes sleepily and sat up, a dazed look on his face ''uh...yes?'' he mumbled, half asleep still.

Bryn gently touched his face. "I have to go to a thing. It's not really something I want to do, but I have to." She gently took his hand. "Will you be ok here, or do you want to come with?"
