A Safe Haven... (Runaway RP!) ACCEPTING!!!

Zander ran into a tent. She smiled and said,"This is nice. I will take this bed." and put her stuff onto the bed as she sat down gripping the covers as she did. She sighed and thought, It's actually warm in here. She smiled for once and looked around.

Kensley went over to Tessa and sat down. He said,"Thank's for bringing me here. Im happy you did." and forced himself to smile at her. Then he looked at the fish and his stomach growled on him.

Tessa smiled at him, "no problem, it's the best I can do to help!" She said and heard his stomach growl, "don't worry the fish should soon be done, you can have some berries now if you want." She suggested, handing him a small wooden carved bowl full of assorted berries.

Jason smiled as Zander chose her tent, he went into his and threw some more logs from the small pile beside it into the fire to keep the tent warm.

Kensley nodded in thanks and took the bowl. He ate some and said,"This is actually realy good." and flashed her a real smile that was warmed with thanks.

Zander thought, Thease people are so nice. Now I can live without regret. Maybe this will be the new start i'v been looking for? She didn't know what would happen while she was here but she couldn't wait to see. ((How old is Jason again?))

Tessa smiled softly, "yea the berries around here and good and dot have anychemicales or anything." She said, she peeked at the fish and flipped it over on the stick it was roasting on.

Kensley nodded and watched the fish. Then he looked to the girl's tents and said,"Here come's a new girl." as Zander walked out and went towards the fire. She was shivering again but she sat down near the fire and imediently stopped.

Zander looked into the fire not even noticeing the fish that was floating right above it. She didn't say a word to the others and looked shy as she sat on the other side away from kensley and Tessa.

Tessa nodded in responce to Kensley, she looked at the new girl and gave her a shy smile. "Hi, I'm Tessa." She said to her cautiosly, not knowing whether she was nice or not.

Zander said,"Hello Tessa. I am Zander." and looked up at her with big scared eyes. She was only 15 and didn't want to get on anyone's bad side. So she said little before she would get to know what kind of people were here.

Tessa smiled, "hi Zander, I'm Jason's sister." She added, she nearly jumped as the fish made a small popping noise. "Looks like the fish is ready!" She said and called Jason over to cut it up fairly. Jason came over with a smile and cut up the fish, giving everyone a fair size piece.

Zander said,"That's nice. I had no siblings." and looked at the fish. She thought, I am so not hungery.

Kensley smiled and looked at Jason. He asked,"How did you come over this place anyway?" and looked at the fish.

Jason shrugged and sat down, "me and Tessa ran away, we scavenged around ere for a while and found these tents all broken and abandoned, so we fixed them up and found out what kind of food there was around here and here we are now half a year later!" He explained.

Tessa listened to her brother but looked at Zander, "oh.. Do you mind me asking why you came here?" She asked curiously.
