"Shush. I'm fine. I'd rather take any hit, then have you be hurt." Kendra whispered back, wishing that Matt didn't set such a fast pace. She could sense there was something strange about Abby's movements with walking. Being the daughter of a healer, she had a natural talent for seeing if someone was hurt. She frowned slightly, keeping her head low, and keeping her little friend in the corner of her eyes.
James bit his lip, his shaggy, dark hair falling across his brown eyes. Slowly, he stopped, Hesitating, before he started towards the far corner of the field of peas. If Seth and Chayce knew how to harvest, then he would just let them be, but keep a close eye on them.
